I still don't have confidence in her to run a country. Shit I don't have confidence in her to run a 7/11.

The reason so many people are afraid of her is that she has demonstrated an independence that scares both sides of the political spectrum.

Although I don't have a preference of male or female for president, I have not seen a male candidate that is as independent and decisive as Palin.

Would I vote for her over Obummer? Absolutely!

On the activist side of things, I see many cannabis enthusiasts that talk a good game, but you all seem to lack on the action side.

If you are really serious about stirring shit up, show your ideas and stop being so critical of real change. Changing your lifestyle for the better and making a statement without risk to your personal freedom is a worthwhile endeavor.

Boycotting the industries that are destroying your health and endangering your freedom with no risk attached I think is worthy of pursuing.

But then, if you're not that serious about your life and that of your family and friends, who cares?

I have seen what she did in Alaska and thought it was very positive. She did not tow the line for anyone.

I have seen many criticize her for personal reasons, but I have not seen anything that would make me not vote for her.

Comparing her to Obummer is a no contest. Obummer is just plain incompetent with no potential whatsoever!

But I do know where you are coming from. I see it in the media everyday. Just realize who owns the news channels.

People are "afraid" of her because she is a self-serving idiot who tries to destroy anyone who gets in the way of her personal ambitions.

She was so "independent" that she quit the job she was elected to do so she could go make a bunch of money on Fox "News" and her Alaska TV show. She is a complete opportunist- pretty much the opposite of the public servant an elected official is supposed to be.


People didn't "vote for her twice"- she was mayor of a town of less than 10,000 people, then was elected governor. But whatever...

Yes, I am fully aware of who Ron Paul is, but I wasn't discussing him in that post. We were talking about Palin.

If you want to compare Paul and Palin that's an entirely different discussion.

Ron Paul is a true Libertarian. I support many of his beliefs and would vote for him over Palin any day. Palin has a lot of ideas I do not care for but I would support her over Obummer with no reservation.

On the cannabis prohibition issue, Ron Paul seems to be the only politition that has his head on straight.

The problems with Ron Paul and Sarah Palin is that neither political party wants anything to do with them. The media either ignores them or creates a false impression of them in order to rally support against them.

All of the other potential candidates really suck in my opinion.

It seems to me that too many people choose to believe everything they hear and see on our propaganda media. Very few people know how to separate fact from fiction.
