1 seed stopped at boarder?!?

Ok So as the title says, I had one seed sent to me from one seed co. Sent to a different name of course, and with a Toss away Credit card.
But It was of course sent to my place.

This was a rookie mistake on my behalf... But do i have anything to be concerned about? I am happy it was only one seed and in the notice of seizure they said it is a "SUSPECTED MARIJUANA SEED."

Should I worry, or am I pretty safe with it being one seed, and not to my name???

I am very interested if there is anyone from Canada that this has happened too? With harper in office I am a little concerned.

don't order from outside the country unless its your only choice... i know one walk in seed bank that will make an order for you if they don't have what you want.

Signal seed co, Has a canadian flag as the main page? i was tricked and did not really care.

They were the only ones with the one female seed I wanted to try! seeds are not an issue for me, was just trying something new and not really looking to be taught what to do next time. I am aware now but I was more looking for people with experience with having seeds taken at the boarder.

I've received a few letters from Canadian Border Services informing me that they had seized my 'graines de cannabis' and that they would be destroyed after so many days. So far no other hassles but I prefer local distributors as long as their mark up isn't too much.

I've heard of many more stories of seeds getting confiscated at the US boder than in the Canada one but from now on I'll be a bit more vigilant.

The prescription pill users in Canada have noticed a dramatic increase in pills getting taken at the border this past year. They order their medication over seas because our doctors simply refuse to prescribe medication here in Canada. It's a huge problem here in Canada so citizens who need medication need to rely on ordering them online because it's the only way they can get their needed medication. It's that 'my body, my choice' sort of thing. But here in Canada, the gov't thinks that our bodies belong to them and they will determine our fate and rule every aspect of our lives.

A couple of online pharmacy companies claim it to be such a problem that they not longer sending to Canada because so much of it is getting confiscated.

Remember guys, we live in Canada. We have a partly communist country where only unionized civil servants like Canada post workers make all the money and are way, way over employed. They get bored and have nothing else better to do but to begin to x-ray personal envelopes and intrude in our lives. We live in a police state.

Dude, you're being an idiot. Public employees aren't making anymore than private sector employees. And if things are so bad, how come our economy is so much better than most of the world's?

There are 18 year old kids running around here making 45$ an hour. We don't really live in a police state either. Cannabis laws are enforced part of the time at best, and law enforcement is aware of the truth about cannabis here.
