aloha,
good work man... very similar setup to my friends back home.

-do u like to use coco and a perlite mix with a coco tea?
-what nutrients are u giving them?

i personally love the floranova line with a few extras and some neem oil for protection.

i love smart pots but they are fucking expensive.
.. let me guess, you're on maui or the big island. people on oahu don't seem to be doing this that much from my experiences.
......

All I
(can) use is ProMix HP, maybe read the 1st few posts in my first grow thread, it will explain what's up here where I am.
I use only one single fertilizer. One for veg and one for bloom. You can read about that HERE.

And I don't use Smart Pots anymore. They are only helpful outdoors. In this grow I used 2 Gallon el cheapo nursery pots.

Great thread Strain Hunter. Great thread, I read it all in one sitting. My girl friend just loves NL, so she is beating me up to follow you.

I don't suppose you have any close ups of some prize nugs do ya? :p

I've heard a lot about Jack's from some trusted sources, but I've yet to try some cured nugs. This new product they have is pretty cool: http://www.jacksclassic.com/jackswithcrystalgreen.html

BTW, you should open up an island resort.. I'd totally go to stoner island.

some close up's of a few choice ones... will take some more when my hands are a little more steady

Righteous on your part.......

Righteous on your part.......

There is this guy here, he's in his late 40's...let's just say he was in a hopeless situation financially & about to lose his home (yes that can happen even here in paradise!)...I gave him a not insignificant amount of herb so he can get his $h!t straightened out again.

He is a loner
(like me) and a VERY rough guy, people generally stay away from him. Many are scared for no reason.
I gave him that bag last night and he looked @ me with those empty eyes kinda like if he was asking: Why are you giving me this, you know I would never be able to pay for it.

All I told him "Merry Christmas or happy B'day, which ever comes first for you!" and I noticed how he turned away from me.
He was wiping his eyes.

Amazing how a bag of pot can get someone back on track again!
:)
What an act of righteousness on your part! Sounds like if you and him weren't friends you are now. When I was well off I've done similar things and you can't beat the feeling or the karma that follows.

Been visiting in FL (and soon Cali) after the last harvest and today was given a 2.5Kg container with Big Bud powder and a matching hat by a fellow IC member.

Close up of the logo on the hat, pretty neat!

Since you went to Miami I am having some theories on where your island might be. There are a lot of tropical islands in that part of the world. What I mean is that I ruled out Asia.

Since I have been strongly advised by upper level IC management
in the past not to disclose where I normally live all I can tell you is it is within 20 degrees lat.

:)

PS: Aren't "theories" what keeps this world going? ;)

I hope that Irene did not get in your way and that your tropical Island is on "the other side"
Far far and well away from Irenes way.

No need to clarify anything - just sending good vibes to you.
I have no idea where you are, and must admit that I thought about you when I first heard about Irene crashing up against the East coast through the Baharmas.

I have family up north and they have been w/o power for a while now.

The thing about those storms is...it's not the storm what causes the problem, it is how people live.

Where I live if and when we have a storm the sheet metal roofs take off and that's it.
Some stuff gets wet but we normally cover up furniture etc. and the whole thing really is just an inconvenience.

Once the storm is over the gens are being fired up again and all is good.
