I agree the Grams Per Watt is a retarded measurement, but Grams Per Square Foot is just as bad

the point im trying to make is with limited space even some vert grows are not maximising what amount of space they are having...

ok so joe blogs who grows with 2 600's can drop his lights vert and use more of his space to fill it with more plants to get a better GPW ratio... so what that shit dont impress me sorry been there seen it done it...

i never get above .75 gpw with my grows reason being i use multiple lights.. some say to much its overkill ect... bullshit you cant have overkill if your environment is dialled... you cant match the sun not with 50 plasma lights stacked left to right....

i dont go into the bullshit about veg time ect as i grow small plants with 2 max 3 weeks veg anyway most of the time and that shit on power usage ect ect ....all im interested in is squeezing the most amount of bud out of a space... i am by no means a master of space usage i do my best and my sig is not for people to think i know it all...

in fact its the total opposite i want people to say hey i have grown this much bud in this space and i want to be blown away... again i dont want you could grow this much bud if you done this or... by my calculations you could get this if you tried this i want cold hard fact shit infront of me showing me whats what...

I have learnt plant numbers dictate yields... first person i see say this was DHF... never a truer word spoken.... im not totally sold on vertical growing.... yes the vert guys on ICMAG are my fav group of growers but i still think there is flat garden gains to be had.... and if the truth be known flat gardens are easier to maintain, in my opinion of course and from my pervious styles and experience....

Everyone uses the Term SOG so very willynilly weather they have 1 plant per sqft 2 3 or 4 a proper Sea Of Green is a minimum of 4 plants per square foot or at least thats what i was taught back on OG 10+ somethings years ago... so for my next run im going for a FOG Feild Of Green... if peeps can have 9 plants in a square meter and call it a SOG then im renaming my next 300 plant grow a FOG....:muahaha:

you heard it here first F.O.G FTW

Final weight was 156oz/9.75lb/4368.....

1.5oz per plant from 53 C4's and the rest from the 86 multi strain side....

Temp has been 75 and humidity around 50% not the best way to dry weed but im going away tonight and its got the job done....

See you in a couple of weeks Stay safe everyone... :thank you:

Nice job, 10Lb's! I totally agree with you, the more plants you have the bigger yield you get. Even if you had your vert going with max plant numbers around the bulbs, if you put plants in the room that aren't getting direct light you'll still get some extra grams from 'em.

SOG = 4 plant's per SqFt FTW, the way I see vertical is being efficient, maxing out the energy that your lamps are producing. In the basic vert grows like the one I'm doing, weed donuts, I think it's better to not have plants packed around the bulb because you will end up with a load of pop corn bud vs smaller plant numbers and A+ rock hard bud. There are so many factors involved, best thing to do is pick a system that suits you and keep working it until you max it out and can't do any better but VSOG will always be superior IME.

Have fun on your holiday and send us a damn postcard bro! :biglaugh:

Hey Bro.....Have a blast on "Hols" as Heathie calls em , and I gotta apologize for the lack of support due to me playin with pussy and mostly checkin in ta Vertville for my twisted kids forum........But.........

Flat grow SOG`s are the easiest most yielding setups there is bar none with flood tables and I stand by it 1000%.......If.....

Increased plant numbers are utilized with dialed monocrops straight from fully rooted clones runnin flip rooms harvesting every 8-10 weeks strain dependent.......

My Clone factory growbro`s in SoCal been hittin 4 lbs per 1000 watter since Cali went wild wild west in the mid 90`s runnin 3" rockwool cubes with 512 budsicles per 4 x 8 table........IOW........

Plant numbers dictate yield , and I learned that from Heathie......Made perfect sense once I`d finished the first run.......

I ran mini-x-mas trees in my vert racks , but guaranteed my vert setups were WAY more expensive than a flat grow with a flood table and either air-cooled or parabolic uncooled hoods as long as environment came first before lumens blastin the girls hopin for great things and neglecting environment...............

I always used bare bulbs and took care of the environment first and foremost so it did`nt matter what kinda lumens and heat was in the grow areas........but.....

Got a BUNCHA Bro`s at invite only med sites that kill it with parabolic or air-cooled hoods with flat grows using increased plant numbers as I`ve preached since I heard it and seein his results from Heathie way before I told my lil clone factory Bro`s I turned this info onto , and know it`s so from personal experience for many many yrs of seeing them grow and prosper as well as my old ass makin it thru the best I could cuz I`m stubborn and NEVER did 4 lbs per 1000 watter up the 4 walls , but 2 per 600 did ok fer my needs for several yrs........but.....

I think it`s comin vert wise with bare bulbs and my main protege though since 4 or 8 walls and the floor can accomodate more plants for the increased dialed end of cycle utilizing more sq ftg/cu ftg than a flat grow......so.....

That being said.......Both you and Bobble needta step up yer game and have this grow off with dialed shit monocropped usin the same strain/variety........Believe me......

I`ve got friends in low places that can accomodate everything that`s needed , but here`s the thing.......my Boys in Socal do 4 lbs per 1000 with all the elite shit they`ve created and ran for over 15 yrs but it didn`t happen overnight.....took yrs.........

Ain`t easy ta dial ANY strain without yrs of learnin their needs and requirements ta squeeze every gram outta each and every plant for max harvey........so.....

I want EVERYFUCKINBODY ta overgrow regardless of their setups.....it just requires more plants for the gpw`s per sq ft /cubic ft or what fuckin ever , or longer vegtime for less bigger plants that ruins cycles/harvey`s per yr.......

Many waysta skin a mule.......Ya`ll handle it....

LL....I got a lil beach shack on the Gulf Coast you welcome at ANYTIME....Ya`ll come......Ain`t sharin my new lil GF though....with yer accent we`ll getchas sum pussy no prob.....LOL.....

Glad yas stayin in the .75 range usin buncha light Bro......That`s the norm for dialed bigger ops......just gotta have a clone factory......

Peace ....Freds....

DHF,
Am i reading that right? 512 budlets under 2k = 8 lbs = 7 grams per budlet? How does the final result look?

D

DHF

DGR.........Finally....Someone does the math.....It ain`t rocket science ta grow 7 gram plants fom fully rooted cuts if they`re all similar from pickin out the best and pick of the litter for production purposes. as long as they`re fully rooted and ready ta flip....

Ya`ll handle it....I`m goin nitey.......

Peace....Freds....:ying:........
