Fan leaves turning yellow early in flowering.

The strain is S.A.G.E and is being grown outdoors in a plastic greenhouse, potted in an organic soil/perlite mix.
I have been using Biobizz grow (8-2-6) and bloom (2-6-3.5) nutes, 3-4ml of both combined per litre of water.
I have only been watering when the soil mix has become to look dry.

The plant is 3/4 weeks into flower and has only just gone past the pre-flower stage.

The fan leaves started turning yellow at the base of the plant and are now yellowing further up the stem.
I gave a slightly stronger feeding of nutes yesterday just incase this is a nitrogen deficiency, How long should it be until I get an improvement ? (if it's a nitrogen problem.)

If not what else do you think it could be?

This is my first attempt at growing photopeiod cannabis.

Thank you for your time.

Just the early stages of the bottom leaves falling off due to lack of nutes. That's why I no longer grow with organics.. for whatever reason, it just didn't 'work' as in deliver nutes so the plant kept eating its own leaves.

At the third week the plant would start showing signs and then all the bottom leaves would quickly dry out and the plant would be begging for nutes.

That's no serious deficiency problem. Give it slight dose of nitrogen veg rich organic fertilizer. It should improve in few days, if not repeat till it's no more yellowing. Also some yellowing is normal and unless it's severe it's no reason to worry.
Looks like your plant is very vigorous so it might just need more feeding, that's all. Also try not to mix veg and flowering fertilizer, use only flowering fertilizer unless you are running low on nitrogen.

Also water only when you are sure they are dry, not just when they look dry. Use pot lifting method. You want your plant to suck all water from container before watering again. It's good to let cannabis get dry in between watering. Even if it starts wilting it's no problem, after watering it will perk up.

They are looking good. Don´t worry that much.
My guess is that she needs a bit more feeding. If you have raised the dosage and that was the problem you will see improvement in 2 or 3 days.
But i say again, the new growth has good colors, i don´t see reasons for worrying.

Thanks for the help everyone. :)
I fed with extra nutes two days in a row and have not yet seen any change with the yellowing, I'll carry on with the feedings for a little while longer and keep you posted on the progress.

maybe this is needless worry. I don't know the strain yr growing ... but sativa starts to lose its big leaves at onset of flowering and continues to lose them until there's just a few big leaves left.

I 'd be worried if yr flowers aren't developing. are THEY good?

The flowers do seem to be developing ok, I do know that S.A.G.E and the kushage are both supposed have long flowering times.

i find it very odd not one person has really asked you what your organic soil composes of.

for one that shouldve been the first question asked, if your soil wasnt amended properly, you will have problems once the plant starts to flower, there could be many things, missing enough dolo lime? couldve packed soil too much, might not have added enough perlite, lacking enough balanced food in your soil itself and your biobizz nutes arent giving enough alone.

it also could be your feeding schedule is off, as the plant gets bigger you will need to water it almost everyday maybe its crying out for a faster watering here and there. these are some things i havent really seen mentioned.

id be worried, i never like to see a perfectly healthy plant start to deminish through flowering, although everyone says dont be worried you should always worry, small problems can easily turn into big ones if you just cant figure it out.

if you cant figure out why its not recovering from any cal mag or upping the nutes, the only other option if your conditions within your grow room are pretty optimal would be your soil or your pots, so start thinking about what you possibly didnt add or what could be missing in your soil that could be causing these problems.

maybe next time build a more sustainable soil mix, its obvious you werent amending it properly. its sad to here you simply quit organics because you couldnt figure out how to make a good soil mixture.

i can almost promise you the reason it never worked is because you were never willing to make it better or fix anything, to just say it didnt work for "whatever reason" is kind of an excuse to say i cant grow organically simply because i myself dont feel like figuring it out... dont give organics a bad name simply because you arent willing to put in enough effort.

im just waiting for the day i hear you finally realize what you are doing is wrong Crush, even the plants youve grown that arent in organic soil still look horrible, thats just the truth and anyone with a pair of eyes can notice how much you do wrong but for some reason you still constantly choose to repeatedly do the same thing over and over again while trying to seem like a professional grower who knows it all..

i find it really disturbing you even make tutorial videos on youtube when your plants look like tumble weeds and dead twigs from trees. thats my gripe is you really go out your way to mislead others into thinking you know what youre doing... yet you literally never listen to any advice experienced growers with a mastered understanding of how to keep a plant healthy have given... so many people have tried to help you and you just completely ignore them.

sadly sometimes in life you just have to suck it up that possibly you need help, no need to be ashamed or try to carry a reputable title here, for one your doing the complete opposite.

anyway. i cant stress enough to never take advice from Crush, im still trying to figure out if that guy is completely joking around with everyone in this forum with his videos and threads or what yet but i seriously do not recommend listening to anything he has to say.

i see him helping people all the time within the forum and he is the one that never takes any help from anyone other than himself and if you dont believe me just watch his videos and read his threads its quite ridiculous.

notice how poorly every single plant he touches grows. its just somewhat upsetting to see someone be fortunate enough to grow such fine genetics only to be wasted with a know it all attitude and no care to take any advice from the hundreds of users desperately trying to help Crush grow better..

i have nothing against the guy, i just dont appreciate how he treats people in the forums as well as how he treats his plants and thinks its ok, plus he should not be giving anyone any advice until he figures out his own problems first which are pretty severe.

i just had to tell you this, i think its extremely important for any person in this forum to know not to really pay attention to someone so hard headed and lives a philosophy of "Do as i say, not as i Do"
