Ciao ! whats up guys? I'm coming to Itali for a vacation from the 3'd of sept' till the 11'th. first few days I'll be at Bologna , and then in Milano for the last few days.

Anyone up to meet and chill for a smoke?
I'll be really happy to meet local growers from the region and talk all about growing our favorite herb!

it is my 2'd time in Italy , so I'm very happy to go back there.
one of the most beautiful countries in the world!
and now also cannabis friendly - i understood the laws are really improved and its sort of "legal" now to grow and smoke in Italy?
I'm very active in the legal MJ scene in my country for the last few years.
so I would love to talk to some locals who can explain to me how it is like in your country.

also any suggestions for things to do / places to go see around

Be careful tokin'around bro.Policeman can piss you off or not.It depends by their humor.Safer to smoke your stuff in a safe place and don't carry so much weed with you.

Growing in Italy is not allowed, I think only few (really few) persons could grow their plants as medication in all the country.
Think about that some months ago a massive search warrants operation was actuated against people that bought seeds from Italian online store.Things like 2500 search warrants or so....destroying family like mine or yours, all this when we're a country where criminal organization are everywhere.

Italy is a good place to visit, a good place to live and a lot of other things, but MJ growers are seen as evils!

That sentence has been a little flash in the pitch dark...but in general the situation here and now it's worse than a few years ago and maybe worst than ever...just for example, if police discovers me with a grow like yours (or even with only 10 plants or less), I'll risk from 6 to 20 years of jail.
And for the actual law there are no difference between light drugs and heavy drugs.

In south Italy there's better sea and weather...and different food, people and culture.

a lot of people are misunderstanding this fact: mj in Italy is NOT allowed to grow or tollerated in general; what happened to this lucky guy is that he found a judge with a soul, but means not will be the begin of weed legalization in Italy. Donìt forget we risk 'till 20 years jail and up to 25.000 euro fine and life or career ruined for ever.
To be a grower in Italy is an hard job, but we don't give up!

All Italy is beautiful, especially for a foreigner person, but on south part of Italy you can feel more a warm temperament in the people, and there are even concentrated a lot of nice beaches, food tradition and of course wine too!

I wish you to spend a nice time here and have a lot of good vibes!

Wow I didn't know Italy is so harsh about drugs.
the plants you see above are legal with a license.
here it's not legal either, but the medical scene is getting better and larger, right now stands on about 7,000 patients all over the country with a legal license to smoke and posses their meds, and we believe it will raise up to 40,000 within few years - that's if everything goes as planned of course..
you get your meds for free every month between 30-60grams+ and pay only for membership to your suppliers (about 72euros).
seems like Israel is a better place to live after all - if you are a legal patient lol ..
the police is pretty rough here as well with growers, but usually you dont get
anything more than few months of publice service and piss tests - but for large grows and evidence for drug dealing you might get few years in jail unless you have a good lawyer.

In Italy is nowhere near legal and in the northern parts of the country, if you get caught smoking, you are fucked.

In the south its a little more tolerated. There are REAL problems down there so smoking a joint on the street is the least of their worries. I puffed in public all the time while I was there, you just gotta know where. My bro got caught once going to Sardegna with 20g of hash, they just took it from him and didn't even search him for the 2 oz of dank from the states on him. Never charged him or nothing. Cops will take your shit and smoke it themselves or sell it to their family members...SBIRRONI DI MERDA!

In Spain you can possess up to 70 grams of weed or 25 of hash.
You can't smoke in public, but each person can grow a pair of plants, legally (sometimes you can see them on balconies).
