Good Online Store?

They ship fast and have good prices, BUT, the two times I've used them.
1. 400W ballast, hood, and bulb, bulb did not work.
2. 8 bulb T5 light. One month into use two outlets shorted out and no longer work, so now it's a 6 bulber.
HTG did not make either thing right.

They're very discreet, free shipping over $250 and they've matched prices for me multiple times. I just e-mailed them a link to another site with the better price. I did have to pay a little shipping for a carbon filter since it was so big though but well worth it. I've even asked them to get some items from one of their distributor's catalogs (NGW) that they don't have online and they had no problem doing it.
plantlightinghydroponics has great prices but their shipping is kinda spendy IMO. I have used them multiple times too.
Wormsway is garbage
, overpriced and about as non-discreet as you can get. They send multiple catalogs per year if you order from them just one time. (I would imagine if you contact them they would remover your name from the mailing list though). I think what everyone is referring to with them helping law enforcement is "Operation Green Merchant" quite a few years ago....Google it.
Futuregarden was not discreet a few years ago when I ordered from them. Not sure if anything has changed.

I have used Plantlightinghydroponics.com in the past...and they have been the best online store I have shopped with IMHO. The lowest prices, and the best service. They can get you anything you want, but you have to talk to them about it. Their website does not have the variety of some of the other stores, but when you can call or email them and ask for pretty much anything....it is a no brainer.
They have some of the cheapest prices on brand new equipment..like daystar lights, bulbs...etc. And probably some of the cheapest shipping. Super fast shipping too!

I like using HTGsupply. I used to live near one of their stores and the guys there were very nice and never tried to sell you something other than what you came in for. Now that I live out side of the area I found that when you order from them that there is no sales tax added to your order just shipping cost. For me this is a great deal because I live in a state with rediculous sales taxes and If I was to buy 1 ballast from a local store I could get a light kit from HTG for the same price as just the ballast with out wires. I have nothing but good things to say about HTGsuppply.

Sounds like its Plantlighting or 4hydro... ( which is also known as growco.com)... I have been buying from growco for quite a while and have always been satisfied for my .02 cents

I ordered something from them a bit ago and it didn't ship for like 3 days so I sent an email asking about the delay. Someone called me a couple hours later to explain it, and he sounded super baked on the phone. I guess you gotta love a company that hires stoners.

Well, I'm shopping for a new vendor. PlantLightingHydroponics is dicking me around on an order they fucked up. Small problem, but the way they handled it (customer service guy says he'll fix it, now they're ignoring my emails for the last week) left a bad taste in my mouth.
Thousands of dollars in past orders doesn't mean anything to them so I don't see why I should give them thousands of dollars worth of future orders I have to make. Hey, they don't want my business, fine by me.

Yeah, I always place my orders on Saturday or Sunday so I know they'll get to me before the next weekend. Usually orders ship on Monday. I noticed my last order didn't ship until Wednesday. I figure with that and the customer service thing that the economy has hit them in the balls and they're slipping. Time to jump ship.
