The language is Dutch. My dutch reading comprehension is fair, at best but I'll give you a loose translation. "You are the selected visitor, this is no joke. Congratulations, we have selected you out of all the visitors to easily win an iMac, iPhone, or iPad to choose from. If you're interested, click here." In other words, just an enticement to click on the advertising link.

These are Greek characters I think... Got 99% of the characters right with the google translate online keyboard, so we have: Οπως γνωρίζετε, μάθετε περισσότερα, ακόμη και λιγότερο
Online-translates to something like: "As you know, know more, even less" or "As you know, you even learn more, least"
So I believe this is a Greek translation of the Tao Le Ching quote - "The more you know, the less you understand."
