the same one used in the bling the HT was hyping years ago. I remember it. Have not seen it in years. I'm surprised you have not found it yet.

One more thing . . . . I can guarantee you will never use a plastic pot again :tiphat:

when you are right, you're right

just went and bought more smart pots
I like the way the first one is working so much

I reuse these when the plant is finished right?
clean them real good and re fill?

the other day a buddy laid something called "Sweetberry-Tange" cross on me
that was pretty tasty

Mmmmm, deep chunk!! *drool*
Sounds like things are about to get exciting out your way! :)

On another note, I have a question I've been wanting to get your opinions on, regarding 'waivers' on plant numbers...

My doctor gave me one so that I could make canna-milk and 'topicals' on a regular basis, and have strain variety, etc.
But, I still feel reluctant to go over the state 'sanctioned' 6/patient limit, since I'm not sure how solid any 'waiver' really is…

Do any of you guys have patients with waivers? Is this a common practice? Have waivers been 'tested' in court yet?
Is it more just a legal "defense", should one end up in court? Or is this something that I can feel comfortable about posting on the wall and trust that it will be recognized?

While I recognize I need a 'legal eagle' to take a look at this to get a solid answer; but in the meantime, I would appreciate any insight you guys might be able to share with me. :)

:thank you: in advance, to anyone who can give me some perspective on this!!

Happy medicating neighbors! :smoker:

IMO, I do pretty much what I want in regard to plant numbers, my doctor (pretty intelligent move IMO) wrote me an addition to my rec on his letterhead, that says "Due to patients medical condition, and his use of edibles, he requires additional plants and medicine beyond the states recommendation." This makes it kind of a grey area, but it works for me.

One thing about that, is I treat the grow as if it were still illegal, keep it on the DL, and prevent any contact with the authorities in the first place. 14 years growing, and I have never had cops sniffing around. I still won't throw away grow related trash at my house, I still hide any light leaks, keep up on smell, etc. But, if I did have to deal with the po's, I don't worry about it. The majority of my plants are in veg, with clones, moms, and new seedlings. The majority of stuff in flowering will be larger tree style vert plants, with a few smaller ones too. I grew for YEARS illegally before the med scene popped off, and if it all fell down tomorrow, I would still be growing. It's just added peace of mind to be medical for me, I've been self-medicating for years! :)

Still, better to avoid any kind of contact in the first place, which is why I won't be on the states caregiver list, screw that. Works for me, YMMV.

Those do sound like some sexy crosses, & nice pic SC! What strain? :tiphat:

i know the lawyers say a waiver is o.k. but then they get paid to fight if you are going to win or not. i would hate to be right/innocent and still be out $20,000 in lawyers fees. the only solid answer would be someone going to court and getting the "win" for all of us. i for one don't want to be the first. these guys don't play nice

******* sarcasm alert ********
good to see you asking us good stoners questions instead of being as cruel to us as you usually are your "MODNESS":)

have a good one natty ....... we are not all trying to drive you crazy!

I know someone that was raided a few weeks ago and was over their 3/3 but was under their 24 doc recommended count and they were arrested, spent 2 days in jail and are being charged with cultivation with intent to distribute. Cops spent 4 hours searching their house, searched everywhere EXCEPT their grow room oddly enough.

Makes a difference what part of the state you're in too... Another reason to treat it as if it were still fully illegal. Keep your mouth shut, don't throw away any grow-related trash at the house, no light leaks, keep the smell to a minimum, and other such security measures.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

That saying is very true in many facets of life, especially when it comes to growing cannabis, even in a med state. :ying:

Take care everyone!

They didn't destroy the grow because "IF" it's actually legal, they would be financially responsible for any damages incurred after the court case is settled.

I've got a buddy that went thru that last year, at the time of the raid he had like 50 stems, but only about 4 oz finished product. They counted plants, took pictures, didn't take anything out of his house save his guns (which were locked up in a safe)

All said and done, and about $20k later,... he's on monitored sobriety, (random piss tests WTF? really your gonna pee test a med patient? ) Still hasn't gotten his guns back yet, but is still growing just with a few less stems.

Ya it is picky, blamed it on recycling my soil but I believe it is what you stated. I only fed her guano teas so I am going to try some fox farm or cutting edge solutions next round to see if it helps her out. What did you use for your phosphorous and calmag? I added dol lime to the soil but not sure if it helped at all.

What medium and nutes are or were you using?

Despite the deficiency she is a pungent little one. Scrogged this time but will top and let her bush out next round.
