I plan on using Maxibloom & Bloombastic on this run and Drip Clean throughout. Anyone have experience with these products being successful? Am I missing a essential nutrient that I should be using also throughout my flower??

Thanks

why did you choose to rundrip clean? are you using drip lines?
bloombastic is a good choice. if you don't need dripclean, then don't use it.
you should not have a nutrient buildup in your medium if you feed correctly.

Thanks you guys, very new to this community and very new to growing. This will be my second run and I used the Canna line before and had some good results but for the price it just was not worth it to me.

As far as using the drip clean I was given that from one of my friends who has more experience then me. My leaves were starting to turn yellow so he figured the drip clean may help? I really was not sure, I just got the drip clean from him the other day and have not used it. I'm guessing its because my guys are hungry and I may not be giving them enough nutes?

I have been going over the K.I.S.S method and it seems like I should be fine with just Maxibloom throughout the entire process.

I really like the K.I.S.S method.

I have not used DripClean but I know there are some people on IC who swear by it. My understanding is that it locks up salts and they can then be flushed out or ignored by the plant.

Welcome to icmag. Lots of pros that'll teach you what you need to know. Very cool community. (couple flakes but that keeps it interesting)

KISS rocks. No need to make things more difficult than they need to be.

Here's the huge drip clean thread. Like Maj C said, there's lots of loyal fans here.

if your tap water is under 300 ppm you will need to add cal-mag using the maxibloom @ 7 grams per gallon. My tap is under 100 ppm and im having to add 5 ml per gallon. i do not have to add any ph down using the maxibloom. im growing in 27 gallon tubs of botanicare coco the 5 kg blocks.

If you want to use boosters w/Maxibloom and keep it GH then check out the Liquid Koolbloom and Powder KB.

Use the liquid w/Maxibloom from beginning of flower, then last two weeks get Powder KoolBloom.

Here's some shots of that combo used:

Fatman is right.

If you want a profile that more closely resembles Canna:
4g MaxiGrow per gallon
1g MaxiBloom per gallon

N 118
P 40
K 154
Ca 77
Mg 30
S 42

Very close to N-P-K-Ca-Mg
of 3-1-4-2-1

The KISS guys won't like it, but your plants will, and it still keeps your costs down.
