If you smoked enough of those dreads you might stumble around and bump into people
If you had some bud hidden in your dreads it might fall out when you bumped into people and you could get busted possibly if you had it in prison. Plus if you were a white guy with dreads in prison they might know you were a pot smoker somehow and when you bumped into them they might say give me all yo smoke cracka!
