Im at 47 N... not flowering yet...problem??

I'm at 47 degrees north and my girls are just now showing a couple of pistils... is this a little late??
This is my first outdoor grow so im not entirely sure how far along i should be.
I've been dealing with a fungus...see Leaf spot sticky...and i know they could use a healthy dose of nutes...just top dressed with high N and high P guanos.

Flowering is strain dependent, a quick check of 47 N shows that you are at 14.3 hrs daylight. Check it here http://astro.unl.edu/classaction/animations/coordsmotion/daylighthoursexplorer.html

I'm at 39deg N. and had one strain that stretched from mid August, but it took until first week of Sept. before she really started showing flowers. Liquid Copper does a good job of keeping that leaf spot shit in check, so treat them well.

good luck
