Well i was a smoker at early age, and my father is a profesor at biologie, So it was logical to try and grow my own, and stop buying in the shops. The first plant i grew was a silver haze. I got taken by the hobby right away and have been growing ever since. 21 years now.
When i got 18 i got a job at a local coffeeshop, and started seeing more differnt genetics, this made me start playing around with seeds, Did my first play with pollen 14 years ago and made some Jack f2 seeds, that's when it realy kicked in. My growing got so serius that i needed to quit my job as buyer for the coffeeshop, so i started working in a wholesale growshop in my town, That gave me so many conection's that i could realy get all these great genetics other grower around me saved.
My real intrest in genetics started when i got the first batch in of happy brother when working in the coffeeshop, It was so differnt from anything else i had seen at that time, i just needed to grow it and keep it alive for always.
These days i just totaly love to see how things combine and what the outcome is, still learning a lot everyday. And it can never get boring.
Please all the people ,hear is not for write nothing ,I open a thread for make an interview ,RESPECT ME and the rest of the people is an INTERVIEW , Please karma genetics delete the post are no interview.I make more interview for the rest of the breeders.
The real oldskool landrace strains, are defantly very rare these days, And it's also almost not posebel to get them anymore from there orginal habitat as they have been inbred there aswel most times.
Also the grower's these days got such high demand's for more easy to grow plants that the Hybrids is what they mostly go for. Also the yields and flower time made the market go more and more Hybrid.
Also a lot more space is needed for breeders to realy do good work with raw landrace seeds.
Me personly love the plant, and hate seeing things getting lost, as they are the building blocks of all the smoke everybody likes, it all started with some wild seeds.
Been pushing the landrace project on the calander every year, Hope to finaly be able to get it rolling in january. All seeds for this project are a bit old so the germenation is the first challenge, I am goin to do the African Durban Poisen, and some Irani raw Landrace.
Did a few marocan seed batches my friends brought back, but never anything worthy to work with, Will be getting differnt seeds from surinam end this year. but no planning for them yet.
