Just wondering if anybody can give some feedback on this system. Looking to make the jump to hydro real soon. Handwatering in coco right now. Looking to cut my involvement time with the ladies a little bit. Going to ebb and grow type system should save me time in the garden, right? Any input is appreciated, thanks for looking.

U Bet! You will simply love it IME. One of my people went with one and is just choppin now. Very happy with the results, easily over a gr per watt. Other than 1 hose kink the system worked flawlessly. It is a much better product than the ones I use. I will be 'up-gradin', and it is an up grade.
BTW hydro is much easier. How long would it take U to hand water 60 plants? My coffee does not get cold.

No Problem Bud. Grab 6 or 8 90's I think U will like them on the ends as apposed to their T''s with a cap.
Not sure why the table. But I want one too

Guys stop

why spend the money when you can build it yourself??

Buy the control box online from rasta grow systems.

grab a 100gal trash can.

for 12 sites you need 24 5 gal buckets(2.34 at lows) 12 3/4 bulk head fittings a 1/2" hole saw a drill and a drill bit...

just drill out 12 1/2" holes in 12 of the 5 gal buckets attach bulk head fitting drill holes in bottom of other 12 buckets attack the hose and walla... a 1000$ system 300 bucks...maybe 350

in fact the whole rasta system i thnk is only 350 brand new...

If you wanted to stick with coco but automate it to a certain degree you could use blumat drippers or have coco in pots on a flood table, heard that works great, never done it myself though.

Well since you asked!!! I can get the titian cheaper than $1000. My Time is expensive,it must be figured into your equation. I hav yet to find a fitting that seals well to a round bucket.Still lookin tho. Not sure on the rasta timer but it sure looks like the ones that are failing and people are payin me to fix. hav you ever 'pulled pots' 2 five gallon pots pull apart like a bitch, some of us are old n crippled. titian pots are smaller, shorter (ceilin height?) and pop apart to be moved wherever you need to. I hav lots more..but kinda last if a grower new to this medium has a problem it's back to the store for another one. Can't do that with a frankenstien.
Everything you said was true. Just not for everyone or every situation...

Yeah, Titan bout 500...totally worth the piece of mind to me bro. I want the table for my gets room, straight from cloner to flood table then flower in the Titan. Thanks for all the input guys, some scary shit changing over, gonna keep a few hand fed girls going incase I f it up. I wonder what would do better, hydroton or buy the coco inserts for the mesh bucket and use straight coco. Hmmm.....

The only weak area in ebb and flow is pump failure and that is rare..."good pricing on that system!

If your in Canada build it cause shipping is a bitch!

Hydroton for me. My stuff usually goes right from the cloner to pots. pots get moved as needed to flower room. good luck

An Ebb & flo does more than just water the plants. Those others just water.
usely what I tell people is find what fits for you.

Guy like PTB? I've seen some of his work real handy guy, no prob buildin his own. Others can put the boxed one together iin a week.

You can up grade to 24 with the smae size rez also. Just increase the flood time.
As far as E&F plusses I am not a genius/expert as some on here are. So what I know is practial knowledge. As the water rises at ebb it pushes the gasses out of the root ball. As the water receeds it draws oxygen back forcing/inhancing nute uptake.
As the roots search out moisture in my corn they take up every nook. My rootballs hav no taproots per se'. Nothin but the fine, feeder hair roots.
Any Help?
