This is what I got out of it, 1. it seems in cali you are ok by state gov if you grow within the regulations, 2. Cali does not like mexicans or other assorted foreigners growing weed (especially in national parks), 3. Californian's have fucked themselves in more than one way, their market is flooded and the Government gets really pissed off at all the trafficking to other states which is bringing a heavier fight from the DEA.
Haha. I didn't see it, but a lot of the dispensaries in CA are run by not so reputable (to put it lightly) people.
