deluxe seeds huh, thanks. tell you the truth i got 4 original plants from sol swt 3 vegging right now from seed that i bought from seedbay. remember those? they were going for like $10 each a couple years ago but since they were old we were told the germination rate would be bad. since the germ rate was bad and i was rusty from not growing in years i only got 4 to sprout out of 40 seeds. i know it sucks but it is what it is. im just praying 3 of them are females lol

There is some frosty citrus berry gold in those old seeds TREE KING, I believe those were from the "seconds" that Steve sent into Gypsy for freebies in bulk if I recall correctly. You are definitely going to get a female in there man and hopefully a nice male too! I would take cuttings of them all and let any and all males & females get freaky. Make as many seeds as you can because you can find many good plants later on from them.

In Koot's defense, he recently posted on his profile page he was just starting to flower out some Sweet Tooth #3 for a seedrun finally and the last thing I was told by him was he had a cut of a male & female he planned to use from the original packs he grew out and was going to be doing an incross. Have not heard any updates since.

He also posted before that he would not be working with any other SOL strain re-releases after the Swt but it seemed to me he was helping Steve keep the SOL name alive. Koot runs Deluxe Seeds and it's a totally different seed company of his own with his own strains which is the direction he said he wanted to go I think. Maybe after he drops the Swt #3 incross he will change his mind.

As far as I know SOL is not really in business anymore since Steve has moved on to other ventures & closed down shop in Switzerland many years ago but the name is still used to represent the genetics and rightfully so because they were epic, some of the best ever. I will be looking forward to what Kootenay brings to the table and it's always a good idea to diversify your stock or stock up if you don't have any at all so all of us over at the Sweet Tooth Society very much welcome this release! I have Swt #3 seeds myself but out of respect for Koot & his project I have decided not to release any #3 because the Swt #4 is what I know best and what I feel 100% confident in releasing the IBL of. If you want Swt #3 then definitely go with the re-release from Kootenay & Deluxe Seeds because he is using original SOL stock. I am hoping he will get those seeds out to the masses before the end of the year.

The natural thing for the plants to do is make seeds, if you keep them healthy and just let them do their thing you won't have a problem but that is up to you my good man. Good luck please keep us updated on them I would love to see some pics!

I have a zillion f2's that I made a couple yrs back...open pollination if can call it that , using 3 grapefruit smelling green males and about 3 or 4 purple males. The seeds are a couple yrs old but I think I can take them to f3.

I am about halfway through a seed run of Swt#3 atm. Probably the only one i will do. I have 5 packs of blockhead to go through as well but not sure if thats enough to work with.

No worries Dreamz.... i dont ever react to any jabs on here. I just hope what i produce the people will enjoy. The autoflowering Swt#3 females i stuck in are almost done but the regulars will take another month or so from what i can tell. As for price iam not sure yet but they will be priced so everyone can afford them....i wont ever make seeds that cost $20 each..lol.
