What's new

Thanks ESBE!

Thanks for your work Esbe.

While I have several modest projects going in the northern US, I am very happy to have erdpurt X afghani and arne's mighty haze going.

Ordered erdpurt from ACE and Arne from HTC for next year...

Pictures apparently exceed file size limit; better work on that...

Esbe rocks..You will love his gear.I've grown a bunch at 41.5 lat..Good luck and get his Danish Passion x Electric Rocket x Deep Chunk..you'll love it!!!

Thanks for the encouragement.

I also have an unopened pack from Zenseeds of the LR X Deep Chunk et al...maybe next year. My experience with Lowryder back in its hyped days at overgrow was not great, but esbe has exploited its potential perhaps.

Bundle, how true will these strains breed out? One can only hope for so much chucking pollen deep in a peat bog, but today I note that 4 of my 6 erdpurt X afghani are girls; one male has green stems, the other red. Additionally, I have one male out of six arne's mighty haze, and thus I can breed those. The first site is part of my guerilla grow, and the other is my pirate grow on the next farm over 1000 feet away.

The two afghani shooting nanners are also with six Next Generation Timewarp females...I may as well see what erdpurt/afghani x timewarp might be like.

Any speculative remarks on what might happen?

From what I've read..an afghan x timewarp would be a good cross because they are too very different strain..one indica, one sativa. You should have great hybrid vigor.
Personally I don't breed anything unless I get something really incredible and want to save it. Esbe would be better able to answer you..and hes usually available..I would shoot him a pm :)
I think your breeding will produce lots of beans and it'll be up to you to pop and find the gems. It is very satisfying when you find something you like :) Having a thread is the best way to get help :)

Esbe is Number 1. You won't find a nicer soul.

I've got both of his Hashplant and Hashplant 2 running. I just had an early sample of his original hashplant and I can tell you that it is seriously good weed!

It was started April 1 and placed out April 23. She went into full flower and did not reveg during the longest days. I just nipped her a couple days ago. She was small but very potent.

I'm waiting on her bigger sisters who were planted at different times.

Ah I see :) My latitude just became safe today for no reveg on cuts started indoors.10 week flowering strains will be finished the 3rd week in Sept.(they've been flowering indoors for 3 wks already).Gotta love it..
Enjoy your buds Claude..she looks tasty..

Ok Claude...thanks. I just put in a full price bid on hash plant #1 and rocket chunk for my 2012 grow. I am sure hash plant #2 is wonderful, but seeing guerilla gold in the mix had me shy a bit. I grew that out the year Greenz was on the scene with that...certainly strong, but it did not agree with me...

I am obsessing now, but this afternoon I observed that my erdpurt x afghani in the bog buckets sport four powerful females, and two males: one the green pheno and one with wine red stems. I left both for the chucking of pollen as we say, though I was half tempted to yank the green pheno so the erdpurt dominant one would prevail. Mighty short and stout plants, but my goodness are the red stems powerful looking...like nothing I have observed in all my years of growing.
