Is it too early to Flower? (Help pls)

Hi all.

I have 2 plants in 20L pots of coco coir. They are 7 weeks old from seed and have been mildly lst and topped multiple times.
I know it wont be filling the tent up completly (it is a 1.2 m sq tent.) but I am fast running out of smoke and need to flower ASAP.
They are under a 600w MH, Will be HPS in flowering phase.

I was hoping for another 3-5 days Veg then going 12/12. Could I still expect a good yield?, If all goes well I'm looking for 6-10oz a plant. I have grown before and had good result hitting 1g/watt before but not this way. I usually grow about 10 plants in smaller pots vegged much shorter. Not 2 plants in bigger pots vegged longer but needs must.

Will it make much difference if I go 12/12 in 2 days or say 8-9 days..?

Many people go 12/12 from the beginning. The sooner you flip, the lower the yield. Personally, I always leave a little popcorn under my ScrOG screen so I can smoke along the way.

Go flower now, from seed in coco 4 weeks is a long time for me

I've just done 2 plants/coco in 6 litre pots around a 600W, over 10 oz each .... would have been more if I'd trained them

In coco I'd say an extra week will def make a difference. I'd let it go if you want more yield.
