So hello gang thought i would do a little write up on my current grow. The spot: An island paradise The Strain's: Mr.nice-walkabout, and thai stick from a unknown company as a freebie. I try to stick to landrace style sativas, or sativa hybrids. The more indica the more mold problems I have. Have been growing these 2 strains for a couple years now still happy with what i get in the mix of the walkabouts. a little info on the strains:

Mr Nice Seeds Walkabout is a selection of mixed outdoor strains with all genetics of supreme sources including Thai, Haze, Indian, Early Skunks, Mexicans and New Guinea. A guaranteed recipe for outdoors or greenhouse cultivators, with its range of early finishes and a few late flowers. It is not recommended growing Walkabout indoors due to variation of sativas present but this is not a rule by any means. In the northern hemisphere it's cannabis seeds should be completed by September/October/November and in the Southern hemisphere by April/May/June. A winner to those with economic budgets, looking for something from well selected landraces mixed in with hybrids.

the fert program is very simple. Jacks classic 20-20-20 water soluble, easy to use easy to grow...

this is the thai stick 2 of them

That Thai forest is looking good there, Baby A. I'm getting inspired to go clear the brush down in my swamp grow spots, and plant some nice landrace Sativa's again after a 2-year hiatus. Getting fed up with smoking dirt-weed, which is a situation I don't see you facing for a good while yet.

This bud's for you.

well in the past i had some good luck with some afghan#1 from kc brains, and any skunk variety works well all year. I let strain hunter handle the indicas indoors, then we do a little swaping to even out our jars. ireally almost forgot about doing any indicas this year until you just said i got some new stuff ordered in for the fall crop, or maybe get some clones of nl from sh.

that was a summer of heartache, everything that summer got wiped out by a typhoon, all were about 60-70% done and the winds hit them and layed them right over, im trying this year to alot for making them more sturdy.

thanks for sharing your tropical grow. Those are monsters! will you use the 20/20/20 through to the end, or does it change ever?

well they have a jacks classic blossom booster series its like 10-30-20, i found the 202020 works great to the end, the only thing i recomend is giving at least 3 weeks good flushing, the fert stays active for a good bit, even for me where it can leach out. i dig the holes they are in about 2ft wide, and 3 ft deep and are filled with just a cheap store bought organic compost, works well as you can tell, and in this sandy soil it helps it to retain some water.

nope just very tall saw grass plants, run through a field of those and get cut to pieces, a bit to dry in that spot for cattails
