my flowering room is in a closet with 6 plants .5 very sativa leaning c99bx1 and one very stocky indaca serious seed ak47. the flowering room is in a closet with no doors in a stocking room with lots of boxes on one side and. and on the other is my set up its in a regular bedroom. i have a home box xl but there was not enough room for
me to put it together . so i used my old veg cabinet to veg them under a 400 eye horelux blue mh. i used it for a month and every thing worked great. now i am in the closet with no door using a 6in air cooled sun system yield master 2 hood with a 600 watt digital bulb . so this is my air exchange system right now .

value line fan

ValuLine centrifugal fans are the perfect answer for circulation or fresh air in indoor gardens and hydroponic systems. You can provide the best of lighting, growing systems, and nutrients to indoor plants but might still have to wonder why the plants are not thriving - you simply missed out on good ventilation that is irreplaceable.

In fact, the secret of success of indoor gardening lies in making clean fresh air available to indoor plants. Plants in the open have air abundance and the accurate balance of carbon dioxide to meet their food synthesizing requirement. Rain and win takes care of removing dust and pollutants from their surface, which is also important for maximum growth. Indoor plants, however, have to be provided these conditions.

ValuLine centrifugal fans stand a class apart in technology. They have a fan wheel composed of a number of blades mounted around a hub, which turns on a shaft that passes as it flows over the fan blades and exits the fan housing. Fans are built using high quality components and include and 8' attached power cord as well as a mounting bracket for easy installation. i also have a fan controller hooked up to the fan. my set up is i have the can 33 on the floor running to the light cooled hood on one end then some more ducting running out the other side to the ValuLine 6 in Centrifugal Fan - 435 Cfm running out and up to the attic. my question is do i need to run the fan wide open or should i slow it down to the middle run cecal ? plus i have a Stanley High Velocity Blower Fan running on low at the tops of the plants for strength.
and boy is it working great strengths the stems up nice. so what do you think of my set up for now till i get into a better place to live and use my home box xl. i only did this for this one grow .i haven't grown in 2-3 years and i wanted to get some fast flowering plants that's why i wanted to use the mosca c99bx1 and the ak47 because they should all come in closer to harvest then any other thing i have.

My question is because its summer and i run the lights at night. should i just run the can fan on high .just to get the heat out of the room. i also have 2 air conditioners running and it keeps the rooms up there right cool during the day. but it does get a little warm at night but its not that bad. i would put it in the 70 when lights on.

and a question on my ballast it has a super luminous switch on it right after the 600 spot. i tried it last night and did not see a bigger difference with my eye but it did get a little brighter. my question would be to use it only the last 2 weeks of flowering.

so is the question: is a can 33 adequate for my size closet? do the length x width x height to get your cubic feet volume. then u want that cleared every 3 minutes. i actually like 1 air exchange per minute.the more exchanges per minute the better. Run your fan on a speed controller if you have to.

since you have the closet door open im assuming theres no a/c vent dedicated.youve stated you run your lights at night. Thats when it cools down outside and the whole house a/c will run less thus making your closet hotter. air cool your light and compensate for the a/c running less thus making it hotter in your closet.

since you have an open closet your essentially exhausting the whole room.since you have a exhaust hole already air cool that light at the same time to deal with the temps.

without the proper amount of holes, one to exhaust, one to draw cool air into closet, youll have to have an open door.if you want to stealth it,if u have central a/c and its duct is in the attic, holesaw a 4 inch hole into the supply ,then run it into the inner closet.make sure to put a damper on the end so theres no smell that drifts up into the duct when the a/cs between cycles.with the carbon filter running constantly, you shouldnt have over pressure issues especially since theres a return in your room.

so with the light air cooled,a/c duct put into the closet ceiling, you should be fine. a small dehumidifer 30 pint for a closet will work well.i dont recommend small ones like that, but for a closet, its fine.

now for smell. a can 33 probably will work fine. depending how stinky the plants are will effect the filter as well as keeping your humidity low(50 or below) for the filter to work.
id keep and extra can on hand at all times. one filter is never enough.
