thats more of a personal opinion question... which smells and tastes do YOU like in your weeds? then go from there.

Yowzers! You've got some HEAT in those peppers!

Tons of great strains around. Spend some time reading threads and you'll find more info than you'll know what to do with. I just started some Sour Bubble. Lots of folks are excited about the Sweet Tooth that's just coming out. Grindhouse has some awesome stuff. That's just a couple off the top of my head. Many, many more.

Have fun choosing!

well I like.

-"up strain" F-13
-"mellow strain" VL
-"down" BB
-"middle road" flo

these all have great smells, but I try and leave personal opinion out of it, as alot of people smell different things, and taste also... but above taste and smell DJ's high is very good.....

remember though, DJ doesn't usually yield great. he is more for connoisseur personal stash..

what are you looking for though? upper, downer? cheap seeds, high quality seed? female seed , normal seed? so many choices so many breeders, so few time..

whatever you choose, take your time and enjoy

Im new to ICC and seedboo/bay, would love to know what the top strains are for my next order.

Sour bubble looks amazing and as a bubblegum lover i will take any bubble cross.
I also love the look of Casey Jones.

To be honest tho at the end of the day i will trade great smell/look/taste for an excellent high, dont get me wrong i love the smells/looks/tastes its just im much more concerned with the high, thats what matters to me in the end.

My favorite type of high is anything up/euphoric/social/trippy. I hate those couch lock pure indicas that leave me speechless around company (nice on occasion tho).

So any of you "up/euphoric/social/trippy" weed lovers have any suggestions for me?
At this point i only grow strains that mature in 65 days flowering.

In the future when im more established id like to move into sativa territory.

p.s ive also got my eye on bogglegum / sweetest cindy / killer queen redux and something from rezdog, dont know what id choose from him tho, chemdog ibl looks good but i dont have the best odor control right now....

Flowering of strains

:tiphat: Hi Everyone !! I have a question.....When a plant is put into the 12/12 cycle, is the 1st day counted as the start of flowering day 1
or does flowering start from the first sign of the plant showing bud hairs as day 1 ???? I assume it's,the first sign of the plant showing bud hairs as day 1 ........

some people count from day one of 12/12 as it should be, but you find some start from when flowers first appear. I think its wiseto add two weeks to the breeders quoted flowering time

i feel the same way.

although i have very limited experience, i found dutch passion's Euforia to be very good. interesting allround high, good yields, doesn't take forever...
i've grown it once from seed and once from (commercial) clones - both times i got good amounts of quality weed.

i'm sure there are many better strains, but from the small handful i've grown so far, this one stood out.

Go check out Flo, from DJ Short. Sounds perfect for you, from the buzz quality, to the sativa desire (Flo is a sat/ind hybrid, 60/40, but really is a sativa in its personality), the the need for a low odor strain. DJ has a forum here on IC Mag, Flo is discussed all the time there.

I'm sure there are others as well, but Flo sounds perfect for ya.

cmon guys.. dont know how much experience this guy has but recommending dj etc high $ seeds to a newbie is just wrong. Stick with Female seeds ( if you want feminized) or Mandala to get your feet wet. Then move up to the big $ strains ( if you want to) once you are "dialed in" just my .02

Good suggestion, although if they rich the price wont matter. My first grow was bubblegum, i skimped on everything i could except the genetics. Not saying bubblegum is very expensive but i would have regretted getting something say half the price of bubblegum.

BUT i cut my teeth on bagseed grows, so i would also suggest possibly practising on bagseed before buy $$$ seeds.

Mr Nice's Shark Shock is easy to grow and is a quick finisher. I'm also falling head over heals for Sour Bubble. Damn that's juicy.

old school.... :) Keep it down under 40$ or so , so youre not disappointed if something goes wrong. But hey if you are independently wealthy I could mind my own business and you could
give me a loan??:tiphat:

For all around hardy easy growing plants. I have to say Bogglegum gets top marks. It has almost no odor though, not a bad thing for many growers. It will cost you a pretty penny but they are worth it.

For some great economical choices I recommend Nirvana, Female Seeds, Spice of Life.
