nah man... id buy some land, grow some, n wrap 100.000 spliffs (with the left 100 thousands), and sell those to some rich folks with a HUGE margin (brand-a-licious/marketing-o-licious stylee, paris hilton swaggin up the product on mtv n such...). with the recoup, id go to any developing country, establish a foster home/biology college, give them some seeds, say good bye and go to the mountains

think about the big picture. Having some property that you could build on and retire when the time is right. No Mortgage!!!!! grow when you want indoor or out.

There are millions of people that had that same dream. Inflation, medical cost, crooked wall street barons and now egotistical politicians have ruined those dreams.

The housing market is very low right now, and gold is at a li'l over $1500....just curious, why would you buy gold right now, over Property/House?? Do you think it is going to keep going up??

Go on line and read the codes. Hire a licensed contractor as an adviser. You do the work and let the contractor deal with inspectors.

I would buy a lot somewhere in the country that had electric already run to it...drill a water well...hire someone with an excavator to dig a 20'x60' basement... pour 10' high concrete walls...cap the basement with a prefab concrete slab with 2 cut in's for access...buy 2 14'x70' mobile homes and place them on top of the cap slab...have the slab access cut ins under bedroom closets for 2 stealth entry/exits for the basement...

and go crazy with 1000 watters and a killer hydro setup! I've had this fantasy since I was a wee lad. Maybe someday...

That was a good idea until it involved spending any of $200k on trailers.
