Hows it going Dr? If you are looking to get past the 50 posts, start browsing threads and getting involved! I am sure there are plenty of threads on the site in which you have wondered the very same thing or there is something you are not quite sure about. Trust me!! It is all on here!!!!! If you start to engage in some convos, you will learn a hell of alot from some very experienced growers and will bet that will positively benefit your garden.
PS - just checked out your pics, plants look great!!!! Not sure if you have seen it yet, go check out Paddi's outdoor thread!! He has an outdoor going and really knows his stuff!!

I dont think it is unlimited at 50, thought I remember seeing a limit thing on when i uploaded until only recently. Now it says i have tons of room and # of pics to spare. I think that was around 1000. I could very well be wrong though.

As Milhouse said, 50 posts, you get 1k pix... at 1K posts and 1 year membership, you get 2,500 pix... for any more than that, you need to be a 'Subscriber'.
But, a thousand pix ought to hold you over at least, until you get 1year/1k posts!
