Move, quit smoking, get rid of ALL paraphernalia, stay permanently away from the rat bastard, don't ever help anyone commit a crime again...you might just get buy if you do.And be prepared to provide a piss test if the DEA do come around just to back up your story of meeting the guy at the grocery or something and you had no idea he was a grower...

avoid all lies that can be easily disproved. ideally say nothing, really makes your lawyers task easier f you have not made any statement.

in most states in the US you are no longer allowed to lie to police. your only option is to say nothing or speak lies that can't be disproved and don't condemn yourself, which your lawyer will be much better at then you. your best answer to any detailed questions, is that your lawyer has forbidden you from talking with police without him there, you are sorry but you can't afford to piss off your lawyer and then zip it.

You need to tell the guy's son to ask to see the "sheet" they leave of the confiscated items. The boy has a right to his fathers belongings and it appears they all got ripped by the brother.

Nothing in his story makes any sense. I hope the son follows through and gets his fathers belongings back...... Pretty sad a guy'd make up stories not only to steal but to cause someone to tear down their grow. But it's a good thing you did clean up because if the son reports the items stolen and the Law investigates I'm sure the dude will spew names trying to lessen his time.....

working on finding out all the details right now.the son i trust is supposed to be meeting with the other one to find out all he "knows".hopefully some of this will start making sense. their mother lives across the street from where the father lived and according to the one i trust, she told him she saw the dea there as well so i don't know what the deal really is. i can't make any sense of it but my house is clean just in case

here is the story i'm getting now from the brother i trust.the dea did come and took their dad's cash,id and plants.they left his lights there. the brother i do not trust was told to show them where everything was and he would not be in any trouble.he didn't see my name on a list, only wanted his brother to warn me that they had been to his dad's and to watch my ass since he and i don't have any contact other than through his dad and brother.still makes no sense to me and i don't plan on doing anything until some time passes

Damn this story is strange. For me, even mild sprinklings of heat as a Florida grower and that's it, game over. I would never grow again in the state. Fuck a move and a new circle/fresh start; that would be a wrap for me in the state of Florida brother. Those people think pot is akin to Al Qaeda, and at the very least you have weirdo's/shady mofo's talking mess about your situation. At worst you're on a short list to hand off to local Narco's when the DEA wants a return favor.

I'm probably more conservative than most, but that's my take brother. GTFO out of dodge.

sounds like the brother rat'ed on every person he could for his freedom, always a likely case that officers will provide one persons freedom to arrest several others if they feel they are easy to break, considering you already assumed he was a rat it sounds pretty likely he gave a lot of information on people dealing with this guy if this DEA story is true.

not like you have anything to worry about now if you have shut down everything. i know even a visit from any police officer worries me enough when i know im not doing anything to break the law.

its also very likely the brother lied to his son, just so he could take everything himself without anyone questioning anything, but i do know the DEA will cease your assets but it usually doesnt happen during a bust, that happens afterwards.

DON'T TALK TO THE COPS......PEROID FUCKIN DOT....

werd! if i learned anything from barry cooper ex-DEA agent, is its as simple as never opening the door.

if they want you bad enough they will kick it down, no need to open it, once you open that door you are subject to a Tap-&-Rap, police use this all the time to get into houses they have no warrants for and sadly people always think they can open the door and they wont come in but trust me they will always invite themselves in and there isnt shit you can do about it once the door is open..

speaking of that they have these locks now that prevent any door from being kicked in or even bashed in with those metal tactical battering rams, they sell em at homedepot and they have a video playing by them of all these police desperately trying to break it down but it doesnt budge.

id suggest everyone who ever fears a raid buy those damn locks.
