Is Washington DC "within the United States?"

Please note:

There was a direct action taken by the US congress that allowed Washington
DC to be a mmj area.

That should eliminate the ability of the DEA to trash out mmj there. IOW
their teeth have been pulled in the DC area.

Action by congress has allowed the DEA to be in charge of mmj. They passed
the Controlled Substance Act. In that act, congress defined cannabis as
having no accepted medical use in the United States.

Now our US congress has accepted medical use in our nations capitol.

And the last time I checked, Washington DC is within the United States.

The CSA made cannabis illegal in Washington DC.

The CSA is the ONLY legal authorization that allows the DEA to function.

The action, by congress, of allowing mmj to be used in DC eliminates the placement of mmj within the CSA.

Congress gives and then takes away ..

But try and tell that to the cop arresting you for it. They don't care what the law says, they just do what they are told. They are told they don't have the authority to question what they are told to do.
