Whats up with my stadium girls?

Really? This is my first time running a sealed room and using CO2, but Ive never heard anyone that actually vented at night with the purpose of adding O2. I actually just read up on it after seeing your post I looked into it and multiple people say they never vent. But you are definitely right, in theory you should.
Anyway Im going to give it a shot, hopefully thats all it is, I just hate cutting a hole in my sealed room lol. It does seems like it is environmental after ruling out root aphids.

Thanks for the input!

i run a sealed room. cutting a hole in it is fine. i use hepa filters on my intakes, so it's essentially still a sterile room.

as for it being "in theory you should need o2 at night", that's not so much a theory. more of a proven fact. read up on photo synthesis. for real, you can always benefit from learning a little bit more about plants.

just because other people don't vent doesn't mean you don't have to. alot of it has to do with the strain. you'd be surprised. give it a go.

Yea I am more concerned with smell getting out, plus the co2 loss(but that will be minimal). It never was a truly selaed room anyway since Im using a window unit and not a minisplit. Now its just even less of a sealed room. lol. I just hope this does the trick cause things arent looking good. How long did it take for the plants to respond?

Possibly these??? to the nekkid eye they'll appear fucking tiny, when you water they'll float up to the surface and then scurry back under

I accidentally knocked over a plant today and was looking through the soil that spilled and noticed quite a few of these liitle bugs crawling around. They are really small, like 1cm with kind of an elongated body, tan colored. Didnt notice any antenna, but its hard to see any detail. I looked at more pics of Symphilids, and its hard to say if that is them or not. Most of the pics I saw they were larger with segmented bodies and large antenna, which I didnt notice on these. These are too small to really get a pic without a macro lens, cant do it with my point and shoot.

since we already have a gameplan to sort it out if its a lockout, might as well fry the bugs with some BTI or whatever.

i may be wrong, but i think your selling yourself short there with not having any tubing on the c02. c02 is heavier than air, soo its prolly just pooling on the ground. maybe you can just like put it up on a shelf and have a face behind it blowing the c02 all over. hope everything works out homey.

Yea Ive been meaning to get some tubing. There are two honeywell fans on the ground, pointed straight up at the bulbs that you cant see in the pics. Thats the only reason Ive let it go this long without the tubing.
Thanks for the input. Repped ya.

the fresh air will help immediately.

as for the bugs. sounds like fungus gnat larvae. they suck. get some gnatrol.

if you ever have aphids use merit wp.

as for the smell. just put a carbon filter on the exhaust..so easy.

they also look to be bulding bud just fine.

get em some fresh air immediately.

one time i was running a sealed room, and didn't have any fresh air or o2 coming in, but i did have a hole in the wall going o the outside, albeit a small hole. all the plants that were around that hole were def. the healthiest, and you could feel the fresh air coming inside from the hole.

Agreed with iSMOKE.KUSH on that one.
for the time being those colas are filling out nicely.
Also BIG BIG fucking +rep for the bangin stadium

from the sounds of everything so far, considering this wasn't a PH fuckup or environmental issues your setup has huge potential.

I'd chaulk this one up as part of the dialing in experience.
Next time around you outta really reap the rewards of using a semi vertical grow space and see that yield difference compared to a flat surface.

Hell, even with a bit of diminished yield this time due to the stresses, the fact you're rocking the stadium should still give you a respectable GPW ratio

nice setup. i run sealed co2 and never had that issue unless i ran out of co2. the plants droop and start to yellow. you can tell by your bags that your not over watereing. they look light and fluffy. besides, i soak my bags every other day and never had an issue.

Thats good to know, hopefully thats the problem. Crazy Ive never heard of anybody having that issue before with a sealed room.

I dont think they are fungus gnat larva based on pics Ive seen, they crawl and arent maggot like. I do have a small number of gnats though. In any case Im going to get some dunks. Also will treat the round that is about to go in with some Bayer 3 in 1, which should take care of whatever they are.

Thanks bud. Yea Im actually pleased with the size and density of the nugs so far, co2 def makes a difference. I wonder how they would look without the problems?

Yea vert is the way. This is actually my second NF style stadium. I ran one a few years ago, this is my first grow since then.
Once you go vert you wont go back! Pulled a crazy # off of my first stadium, only could do one round though do to a problem, never even got to dial it in. hopefully I can get this one squared away and run it for a while.

Thanks man, your grows are sick btw. Yea like I said Ive never heard of anyone having issues with not getting enough o2 at night, and I did a lot of reading before going sealed.
Yea I have to water every 3 days, was every 2 when I turned the dehuey down to 50%, I leave it at 65% for now. Need to get some blumats, hand watering is for the birds.:)
