galaxy digital ballast did not start 2x in 10 days

1k dimmable about 8 months old.
2x in the last 10 days it did not start with timer. Its not the outlet or time as they both work fine. light mover pops on no problem.
anyway if i unplug and plug back in a couple times it starts.
Is my ballast screwed or any other suggestions as this is fucking my light schedule up and im out of cash.
Anyone have any ideas? Ill check the cords and make sure alls well. i did change the bulb about 2 weeks ago

Man that sucks, I had the opposite problem recently where my digital ballast somehow turned itself on during lights off. Still havn't figured that out.

put the old lamp back in my guess is that the new lamp has a problem or just isn't compatible with your digital ballast with any luck at all you can return/exchange the lamp for one that works reliably

what bulbs are you using?
