V Bulletin runs on PHP, that almost always runs on [versions of] UNIX, so the webserver would likely be Apache, you can run PHP on IIS, Windows, but it would be a likely sign of either gross stupidity or the work of a Microsoft only Techie who tells daft lies... Or both.

The web site speed is beyond sucky. I find it very telling that no admin or some such has made a post to at least let everyone know what is going on.

This is a bummer, but it's an even bigger bummer that John has left. He was the one sorting out the missing seed orders. I was just about to PM him to inquire about my missing orders. With him gone, this may never be sorted out. I have never gotten a response just emailing SeedBoutique. They simply don't respond when something's missing.
My speed is a little bit better than yesterday, when it was really slow.
