robbery gone wrong where home owner shot/killed one guy before being pummeled with a statue. I googled dudes name ( Donald Regalmuto) to try to find out what he got charged with and havent found anything other than an article form 2007 (about the case/event the link is about) and it looks like property seizure was initiated....

hitting the roor in the parking lot was rather fun woohoo

Grey...that was tasty. Burned what you gave me first thing this A.M. Nice buzz. Good work. Your dehumidifier does the job. You guys from the mainland make me laugh...bring the large economy size bong...glass no less...too a parking lot smokeout. You know...Joints are a little bit more low key.

That whole case is odd. Never heard anything about it. Nothing about the grower getting charged. No charges, and a forfieture(sp?)
I don't think the guy that got shot croaked. Those houses are probably underwater, so the county doesn't want them, only the procedes if they are ever sold for a profit. Which will never happen.

Hawaiian...nice plants. We only had the frost here a few times. Came by boat. The Molokai boys soon figured out they could get a better price by going the other way to Oahu. Your budporn is always welcome...dogs too.

Get that baby frost into a bigger pot. You guys need some deep soil. The rest are looking good. If you had to can you move them in those trash cans?

I got a bigger leaf  Nice looking dog you got there. I have a soft spot in my heart for bulls. You only need a couple more and nobody will make a grab for your plants. Next time you get this way PM me.

Not rats. Is that your guard rat Canni? My cat would kick that dog's ass. The CD I sent is one of my friends son's band. Not me kind of music, but the kid is doing ok. Kids a burnout...but he has some talent. And it did the job, right?

Rodney is still running on the mainland photoperiod. It takes a few generations to get them to adjust to our 13 hr 25 min longest day. They should do fine there. I can mess with them over short season, and they should get alot bigger next year. I will know a lot more when we hit the fields. Then I should see all the variations of the crosses. I planted Rod and her crosses at the same time and the crosses are not flowering early.

LSY...Coffee is fun, but picking it takes a lot of work. Because I have that coffee growing I get Ag water rates, so the water's cheaper and my coffee's free.

Speakin of water, two of the bottom Thai crosses were not getting enough. Putting water on the surface wasn't getting the job done. So I ran another line to the plants, and tied a knot at the end to regulate the flow a little, then drilled a hole and burried the line in the roots. The Thai girls like a lot of water, now they are getting it.

Pic 1) Elephant Ear leaf.
Pic 2) Greys Headband
Pic 3) I have a line burried in this hole, doing fine
Pic 4) Three plants aka "the blob"
Pic 5) This one needed the extra water. Now fixed.
Pic 6) A monster in the making.
Pic 7) Another of the mob.

I was almost going to post this and see Weez dropped by.

With the lizzards seal of approval now you know why I see some potential there. Not too shabby. And only Weez gets to beat the dead horsey. Weez, are those from the last short season?

Wantaknow...Flights leave daily. :jump:

OH....do your Rod crosses have the lavender pistils? Canni would know something from that.

You know...Joints are a little bit more low key.OH

For some maybe...the way I understand it OH calls a "pinner"...2 ounces rolled up in the Sunday paper. :joint:

No lavender pistils yet. The first generation had them, but it seems to me that they will come when the buds fatten a bit more. Which I'd rather not see this early in the game.

Papers cost money. Weed doesn't. Stuff as much as you can get in there. Life is too short to smoke small pinner joints....two OZs?... not quite that much.

Also I have never used the Sunday paper...I did once use an IHOP placemat...but thats another story.

Ok so get this, I now have a 1/2 a re veg and thats it. It took one of the two branches i had, but still have one growing on it. I put a couple cans to make noise when the wind blows, but who knows if that will work. I think i gotta put out a couple from in the tent and hope for the best. Not my year i guess. Damn groundhog!

Nice looking Dog OH!

I've Been Framed!

I've Been Framed!

But I'd rather get framed now, on my time, instead of in the middle of a rainstorm.

This morning there was a cloud cover so I worked in the garden all day. The weatherman says the trades will drop off this evening, and the next week will be hot. May get to 90 at sea level, so we could reach 80 here on the hill. It seems summer is here.

Though we don't expect any rain, it never hurts be prepared. As the girls get bigger the branches will have to support alot of weight. Add some water, and some wind, it is quite common to have entire branches peel off the main stem. Hurricane season is right aroung the corner. They seldom reach us with any power left over, but a hard rain is not unheard of.

In order to keep everything where it should be I build a bamboo frame about 5 ft tall around each plant. Then I tie any branch that I think will give me trouble to the frame. The Thai must be framed out, but to be on the safe side I framed everything else this year.

Over the last week everything has jumped. I am very happy with where we are this year. The Jack looks especialy good. Big jumps in size there.

Schrews...TYVM. Nothing wrong with a bong in the parking lot....wouldn't want to have to stash it though. Not like you can get rid of it fast.

Canni...that was my bad. Last thing I want to do is get banned so I won't do that again.

LSY...we don't have small burrowing animals here. I have no idea how to get rid of them. If I lived there I would happily come over and dig some new holes for you. Don't give up yet. These things have a way of working themselves out. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on how to get rid of a groundhog?

Bong...TY too.

I haven't shown the Jack girls in a while.

Pic 1) The largest Jack girl I have. Also a trifoliate.
Pic 2) This Jack has jumped more than a foot in a week. She is the second Jack trifoliate.
Pic 3) Smallest Jack plant I have.
Pic 4) Pair of Jacks. Some of the branches are 6 ft tall. Every plant in the background is also Jack.
Pic 5) LSY's regrow. What buds I left behind are comming apart. This is good. It is veging again, setting me up for a mid October harvest.
Pic 6) Taken from the golf course. Gives an idea of how much sugar cane is grown in the central valley. Left side of Haleakala has clouds piled up over it. That is north and the wet side. I live out of the shot on the right side.

Well OH my friend went out yesterday and picked up some mothballs so i guess will see what happens. Plus i put a couple cans that will make noise when the wind blows the trees. I have a couple other ideas to spook her away so will see if they work or not. I thought about making a trap that would catch it in a slip knot and hang it, but couldn't find any trees close enough to make that happen. Even if i could come up with this kinda trap, i really dont think it would work.

Your plants look so nice man. They are freaking huge bro:jump:. And i know you'd dig some holes for me and i thank you for that.

Im luvin this grow my friend, i think im just having some bad luck this year. There were no groundhogs in this area last year, just deer, but they havent ever bothered anything so far. I am taking a couple from my tent out once they show sex. And a friend might give me a couple plants i might clone to try and get a few colas on top and strip the bottom of these, just ope it works.

Peace bro,

LSY

Oldhaole your plants look great, much respect to ya! LSY try laying chicken wire down so the ground 5 feet or so is covered around your plant. No groundhog experience here, just my bad chickens always scratch and pick the compost out around my plants. The wire put a stop to it. They still shit on my porch everyday though its pissin me off....

You have my sympathy

You have my sympathy

I'm surprised that the gophers aren't running amok as well.

I fought them buggahs for many years in Ca.
Gets personal after a while.

Poison was not effective.
Got a few, and the rest learned.
They would just bury the bait and pack the dirt tight.

Mothballs?
Nope. Practiced their "jump shot with 'em.:)
Then buried them as well.

Macabee gopher traps?
Sure!
Killed 22 li'l critters the first month.
Hated that!
And, they breed faster than you can trap.

Water hose? Worthless.
They have spillgates.
Car's tailpipe? Carbon monoxide down the burrows?
Feh! jus' got 'em high.
They also have clever ventilation systems.

In short, you will never, ever, get them all.
They just keep breeding and coming from all directions.

Gotta lock 'em out!

Tried chicken wire.
Holes too big and wire too weak.

The only way I managed to keep my cherry trees was to plant them in large baskets made from 1/2" square, heavy duty, hardware cloth.
If you put a 4' tall basket in a 2' deep hole it makes a nice little fence all around.
Lets your gals get big enough to defend themselves.

So, think, buds in bondage.
And good luck!
Weeze
