I'm a bit excited to get a look at these. There is just time to get a few vegged up and out by the first week of Aug. I may go ahead and start them flowering a week or three and then set them out so they will maybe finish. The only thing is that the mother of these throws mucho mutants. Makes culling easy though.

Red, I used a very hazy plant that I got out of Sam's freebie gear. He is very fuzzy and has a metalic tinge to the aroma.
Nothing Sam listed should be this thin leaf hazy in his mix, save for a original haze x original haze that he listed. This is more than likely progeny from that cross, or else a very haze leaning pheno of another cross. Most of what he listed has too much indica in it to leave things too thin leafed.
I have grown Sams thai hazexsk1 and this would not be it if judging by aroma. Structure wise it's very similar.

This is gearing up to be a nice one. Both parents look the canine's testes. But then again, how could you go wrong with mixing these two strains?

Well, to be honest I know nothing at all about the paternal side. It was just a very hazy male I found in Sams mix stuff. We'll have to see how he works out.
The mother F13 is my current favorite smoke. I always try to keep a wide variety of jars available to roll from and I always reach for the F13. What a great taste, aroma, and buzz she carries. She also passes on a very heavy mutant influence. From two separate crosses I have done with her, both yielded about 50% mutated seedlings.
The plants that don't show mutation have all been fantastic so far, and I also flowered out some of her mutants just for kicks. Every mutant I have flowered has been saved through reveg because they were all that good as well as very interesting to watch.
When I first flowered them I never thought about keeping them at all.

The mutant thing makes for an easy cull...but only if you pop lots of seeds. If a man were to only have 5 or 6 seeds of her cross, he may not even find a straight growing plant.
I had 5 more F13 f1's left so they have hit the dirt in hopes of finding a similar, but with less mutation. (4 out of 5 have popped..I think one is a goner)

I have a butt load of stuff going at the moment, but these seeds will be ready in a short time and I plant on sticking a few of them in the next few grows. Plus I plan on putting a few outside before Aug1. I will more than likely take them into flower prior to putting them out in case Sams male causes them to finish Novemberish. It is a gamble around here to see if the first week of Nov is frost free or not.
The mother is already a 10-11 week plant.

I harvested a few hundred f13xhaze. Once this heat wave subsides I plan on putting a few seedlings of it out so I can see how long they take outdoors. The mother is already a 9-10 wk plant so I don't see it being any faster mixed with a full on thin leaf.

Haze hybrids rule! ;)

Playing w/some Grape Krush now, hope to get ahold of some F13 someday too.

It should yield a keeper!

Best of luck! I did an f13 x panama cross and really liked the results. F13 x haze sounds great!!!

The spiraling calyx F-13 flower shot looks very similar to Gentleman Farmer's lost pheno--wow!

Haven't grown out any of the f13 x haze yet. I have grown a few of her progeny mated with an Anesthesia. Great stuff. Only problem with this particular mother f13 is her propensity to throw mutation, and at a very high percentage.
I burned a doobie of her today. Still my fave. It is a breathtaking plant to see even for experienced growers who've seen it all.
