Here's a really easy recipe for Sausage gravy. You can buy the biscuits in a roll and bake them in 10 min. This is among my favorite foods.I like to use the hot sausage and add pepper till it has a strong bite.Hope somebody gets to try this ,its a stoners delight...:ying:

1 pound Jimmy Dean® Spicy Recipe Sausage Roll or any sausage roll
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 prepared biscuits
Directions

1.Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over
medium heat until browned. Stir in flour until
dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until
thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.

Its a breakfast dish, but i like it anytime.I just ate the whole
plate <and i think i busted my gut>>>pheww!!

peace!!:)

I'm such a fan of biscuits and gravy!!!

Me too...but its got to be southern style (sausage in the gravy). I put jelly on my biscuits then gravy on top. :yummy:

Nice recipe... spicy sausage is the way to go. I like to put chirizo sausage in mine.

Biscuits and gravy is bomb, theres a bakery where i live that opens at 4 AM that sells good biscuits and gravy, i've been there many a times after a long night of drinking and smokin.

Now that looks proper! :D

I'm no stranger to a good southern fixin of biscuits n gravy. I also like mine with lots of pepper.
Sometimes I just don't get enough fat out of the sausage, in which case I use a little (or a lot) of
bacon grease. :D
