How Small of a pot??

I've had some legal issues which has forced me to close my bigger grow and I've been biting to do a stealth grow I just had 1 question.
I have varying genes of cannabis, but I need to know what's the absolute smallest pot I can use? I plan to flower 12/12 from seed. How much height do you think I can expect in the end? I know it's strain dependent but a guesstimate would be good!

I've seen truth to the rule of 1 gallon per foot of plant.

I always went 1gallon per month, but it seems if you choose coco you can ignore the old standards. Considered coco with an automated watering system? you can do 5-6 inch pots with coco and short to zero veg. I know you said soil just thought I'd throw the coco idea at you.

If you're looking for smallest pot size i'd stay away from soil. Coco like mentioned aboved or even a small stand-alone DWC set up. 1gal bucket with a 4inch net pot should last you well through flower and give you the equivalent root mass of a soil container 3 or 4 times the size, maybe more.

This is true. In my hydro setup, individual plants rarely have a rootmass of more than a gallon or so. These are 4 oz 3 foot plants.
