I like Red Rocks pretty well and since we left San Diego, it seems to be the best amphatheatre in Co. (saw Eric there). We may be old but still luv rr.

Best in CO. Best in the USA. Many musicians claim Red Rocks is their favorite place to play in the world. The place is magic. I watched those rocks melt many times:dance013:

I might be there tonite for Widespread Panic. Actually, I hope I'm there tonite for WSP. I didn't get a ticket yet, but hopefully I find one for face value

Paco or Mr d if you guys looking for a new putter check out the ion from maple valley plastics. Two molds in one pretty sic, what else you guys throw for discs.

I putt with an Aviar, and sometimes if I'm feeling lazy, I'll putt with my 178 g ROC

Federation Seed Co Hawaiian Sativa.
Day 50

I started with 24 seeds of Hawaiian Sativa, found some good plants in the first few seeds, but out of this batch of 5 females, this is one of the 2 stand out plants. Extreme lemon/lime funk, with a hint of skunk. I expect her to finish around day 60

These came from the 2004-2005 release from Federation, and these all are very different than the Hawaiian sativa's I grew out in 2000. I just planted my last 6 seeds, and this pheno along with one other will be kept around to see how they compare

Hey MD , how do those Hawaiian girls smell? Thats the one thing about the islands that takes breath away always is the freshest air off the oceans blended with so many the airborne scents and aromas... the orchids, jasmines , pineapples , canes , gingers & pikaki flower which is one of the most heavenly on the planet .

let us know if u make that gig tnite , not one of the dozens of peeps i know ever had a bad time at RR, though most were always higher than the Pleiades star constellation when there ;)

Hawaiian Sativa x Cotton Candy
Federation Seed Co
Day 54 - fully flushed

One of my favorite plants right now to smoke. This pheno is without a doubt the most sour plant I have ever smoked. Makes your nose tingle, leaves your mouth coated with menthol lemon dankness. Chop her before day 58, and she delivers the most clear up high I have in my collection. The more you smoke, the higher you get. One of my patients has severe IBS and other stomach issues, and this is her favorite strain. I worked through 18 seeds of HS x CC to find this keeper, and I still have another 6 seeds left :dance013:

A 55 day Hawaiian Sativa is the perfect candidate to make seeds with. I have 1 pack of the GN Collection C99 F2's, and am about to find another pack, and you can bet your sweet ass I will find a few pineapple males to pollinate her with

Wow, you must be one hell of a puppy papa, 18 year old husky?! Wow! I'd love to know what you feed her.

On a side note, we're considering changing our camping trip destination to Telluride, since I've never been there...
Anyone have any tips for camping spots out that way?? I'd love to hear 'em! :)

Have a beautiful weekend neighbors! :smoke:

Funny thing is both kids swore up and down that they would take care of her, and they did.

But children grow up and get married and both ours did
So now it's just me and the pup spending our old age together
during the day when the Mrs is at work

here she is watching our son (her best buddy)
moving out a couple years ago

As for Red Rocks, I have heard Geddy Lee of Rush go on and on in a interview
about how much he loves playing there.
I'm guessing he's not the only artist who feels that way

When we go to Red Rocks we buy the cheapest tickets available
go in as soon as the gates open and grab a spot in one of the planters.
This is the view we had for $54 each at Peter Gabriel a couple weeks ago.
The people across the aisle from us in their reserved seats paid $250 each.

I think our next musical night out is Hot Tuna @ The Mish
I love the Colorado outdoor music venues, they have spoiled me since moving here.
I have little interest in attending indoor concerts any more

Nice, early afternoon thunder heads rolling over the Fort just like yesterday
hope it drops the temps just like yesterday
and we can watch the Rockies @ Yankees game out in the back yard tonight
Latest LSD strain I took down is dry and the whole neighborhood and hear me cough and hack as I try to hold a hit - hahaha

have a great weekend Centennial State growers

Hey bud,
I haven't forgot ya. I'll get back to your PM today

The stand out feature of Fed's HS line is the flavor and smell. Almost all of them smell tropical with lemons and pineapples, but the best smelling ones are the lemon dominant ones. They make Sour Diesel smell sweet haha.

I put my feelers out for a ticket for tonite, we shall see

Blue Dream
Day 43

Blue Dream was given to me back in 2008, and I was told that it is just a good commercial strain with good bag appeal. I didn't bother rooting her. Fast forward to 2011, I got her back and gave her a chance. We all know that when certain strains are produced by the ton, the strain gets a bad rap, and is labeled as commercial. Because so many mediocore samples are seen, we assume that's all the strain is capable of. Well, Chem #4, Green Crack, and of now Blue Dream fit that description. I love all 3 of these strains, and they are great plants to grow too!

Blue Dream is very sweet with a smell that reminds me of Boo Berry cereal. You know, the one that's like Count Chocula and Frankenberry cereal. It's very sweet and smooth on the inhale, with a slight haze kick to it. Once the high settles, you are in the best mood ever.

I think more people should smoke Blue Dream as part as their medication schedule, this world would be a much better place

Many people complain about how boring the high is. my guess is that they are picked either too early or too late. I find most strains picked late deliver a boring buzz. I take her at day 63, and so far so good!

Oh my gosh, that is the saddest picture ever, after hearing the context. :frown:
I'm glad she has your wonderful company all day though. :)

Wooohoooo! Panic at Red Rocks!! :yay:
I saw WSP there last year, it was fabulous! (we even got a rainbow 2nd night.)
I don't think I'm quite ready to go to shows yet, or I'd be going; but I am looking forward to Furthur and Groundation/'Reggae on the Rocks', later this summer. :)

Enjoy MrDank!!

Yeah smokekush might be awhile, but he's def got some interesting things in the pipe from the sounds of things.

I need some organic soil advice

I am using Sunshine organic soil and pearlite mix with Earth Juice nutes
(switched from all Fox Farms stuff)

I am at the end of my first cycle with the new stuff
and I am going to reuse the soil as I was advised here

my question is: should I add anything to the soil before I reuse it?

"I may be old but I saw all the good bands"

finally got this scanned....
