quick question im about a week in and had to dismantle my tent for a couple of days. I have moved my babies into a closet. Im getting a temp reading of 35 degrees and humitidty of 30%. Do i need to get a fan in there pronto or will they survive for a couple more days until i can get the tent back up and running. The light is about 25" above the 2-3" plants its a 400watt light

You could just go to a couple of compact flourescents for your lighting for a day or two to hold your plants over until you get back to your HID. Of course you can put them nice and close to the plants and heat should be a non issue.

This is a pretty stupid thread bro... seems like a no brainer to me... that bulb feels hot right..... would you want to be in direct sunlight for 12-18hrs in direct sunlight with no breese? Get a fan dude...

no thread is a stupid thread. he had a honest question and got a honest answer from RAFTER. you could of been a bit nicer to the gentlemen asking the question.

But yea get a small fan and a few 26 watt cfls and they should be just fine. try to keep em on the same light cycle when u get the cfls. best of luck to you man.

Thanks for the quick responses guys.

Popped a fan in and has reduced temps suitably.

Now i think about it was a no brainer as said above.
