110% it does not effect e.c I tested it using it in the reservoir against my water back ground e.c of 0.25 and added 50 ml of Headmasta to 50 litres of water and stirred it up and back ground e.c was still 0.25

Thats does strike me as strange, as i've never noticed headmasta increasing ec much at all. Still, i'm more than happy with headmasta, its really cheap, and only othernstim id use instead is h&g bud-xl, which is also good, but more expensive.
Saying that, i do fancy a change of nute lineup just to see if canna is the best and delivers the best flavour/aroma/yields. Either going to try h&g coco nutes with bud-xl, or vitalink coco nutes with that buddy thing vitalink make. Wont stop using regen-a-root, muxh better for a res than rhizotonic, and will be moving over to superior potash instead of pk13/14, as im not that fond of it.

I have smoked some amazing stuff that used the bcuzz bits bt they just don't do it for me. Headmasta is way better in my opinion.

Hi herbs was looking at that stuff also its liquid shooting powder for ease of dosage iirc
what is your nute regime pal you seem to use bits an bobs from other companies you allways seem to have good results

I might well use the whole cx lineup next time. I got the regen and headmasta, just need the potash and coco nutes. Got a litre and a bit of canna a+b left, but it will go within a month or so.
I'll use the killaqueen or chem d as my test plant to check yield/health, as those two are staying around longterm.
Didi fancy trying vitalink and vitalink buddy, and the h&g lineup with bud-xl. I'd be really interested to see whether the cx really does outperform the others.

I'm using the Regeneroot, Headmasta and Potash along with the Vita link grow and Bloom and H2o2. Having best results yet, I always find it hard to tell though if the additives such as the Regeneroot and Headmasta really do make a difference but when having good results I'm reluctant to stop using either of them, must do a comparison grow with and without. No doubt though that their the best price.As Herbilizor said reckon its down to how good your nutes are whether they make a big difference.
I highly recommend the Vita-Link base nutes, i found them to be excellent nutes on soil and hydro. Il be using them again when i do some hydro in the coming months..

I use Headmasta, Rootregen, Superior Potash along side GHE 3 part nutes and have used in rockwool and coco with outstanding results, but as you say above Marathanman I would also like to stop using them to see if makes a difference but I am reluctant, specially after just spending nearly £100 on 5 litres of each lol.
I think I will do it one at a time, so a grow just cutting back on rootregen, then a grow without headmasta. But then saying that I am on to a good thing now so why stop. lol

Try half of your grow with and half without, Gratefulh3ad grows with just two parts of the GH stuff and nothing else no root stims or anything and his weed is top notch.
Iv gone back to basics atm straight canna a+b and pk(rhizo in veg) but i tryed out Vitax organic seaweed(plants love it) last two runs last one was alright and this run its totally fucked my burn, weird considering the last run was super clean, really not happy feel like turning it all into hash.

You want potash? Far more bang for the buck.

thats just sulphate of potash though...no phosphrous

Also read that thread by Greatfulhead saying he gets good results giving them half strenght GH nutes with Coir and nothing else.

yes vitalink.. ive been using vita-link max for a good couple of years.now moved on to the bigger tubs cus you get more for ya money.
ive as far back as i can remember used pk13/14 during flowering,same goes for liquid oxygen during vegge.i did try vita-link buddy recently in replacement for pk13/14 but decieded to stick to pk as i could spot no difference in bud size.
also rhizotonic occasionally for the younger plants,clones,and when they seem under the weather. .

hey huy i use ghe grow micro bloom i add these first and say its EC1.2 when i ad headmasta its goes up to EC1.4 and when i add potash to the res it goes up to EC 1.8..so i am defos getting an increase when i use these addatives my tap water is EC0.250
