Best 'safe bet' for choosing from seed?

Ok I've learned now over the years that real dank is grown through clone only and most seeds will get you mids.

I'm looking to buy some SEED that is RELIABLY POTENT AND WILL MOST LIKELY BE LIKE THE MOTHER PLANT. (this eliminates most dutch hazes I've learned).

So basically if you could recommend a currently available seed that you know will produce *reliable* potency and quality high each time, what would you recommend?

A non indica strain please.

i dont know who told you that you only get mids from seeds...lol. some of the best herb i have grown has come from seed and i grew a lot of clones.
