Whats on the grill tonight.....my trifecta...

Wooly i only smash each side of my t-bones for 3-4 minutes.....she's always rare in the middle :)

these wings grill for a bit on each side then go into my crock-pot(already hot with season&sauce)...after a few hours there finger lickn' good ! sorry who, can't fry all my chicken :D
 
One more for today.....here's my shorty' pheno of the SDibl....at 72 days today & gona really ripen up with one more week.....i've been experimenting with flower times on the couple different phenos of Sour i have.....this shorty is monster at 2ft :good:




72days & only 2ft..... i plan to grill some serious 'short ribs' when this one is on deck in a few weeks....get it, short rib's & my shorty pheno of the Sour....hahahah...lifes good..
 
I have some pork marinating in Jamaican Jerk seasonings & some beef marinating in a tangy/spicy lime marinade.......:dance013:

This is Saturdays dinner....i plan to make a few kabobs of each & snap some pic's for your enjoyment :tiphat: ......also gona pull out a couple nugz from some properly cured meds......how fantastic is it to have different strains that have been in jar's for months.........absolutly nothing like cured herb !




don't forget this shorty' that comes down next week.....i can't wait to go to the butcher & get some real killa short ribs to go with my 2ft SD...aka shorty' :D

hah hah yeahman! even below poverty level we can grill up some shit! just have to try some alternatives to discover happiness.

Happiness is warm grill...hummed to the tune of 'happiness is a warm gun', between swigs and smokes.

I'll tell ya, for an ol' bastard like me, theres nothing better than packing on the pounds from the grilled meat&seafood...& smoking only what i grew myself.....no middle man fellas.....well, besides my butcher......getting those special cuts for a deal, is a must :smoke:

Here's what my dinner looks like tonight.....a lil marinated beef & pork...kabob style....

Everytime i make marinated kabobs, the smell from the grill remindes me of the parking lot venders from the Dead show's i went to back in the 80's.....thats one unforgetable smell :rasta:



jamaican jerk pork & tangy lime beef......dinner for 1
 
I decided to pull another cured jar out of the fridge....this one has been curing for about 4 months & really has a totally different smell than when i harvested her back in feb......she's much tastier & smoother now....:)


WRussian.....this one has always helped with my sleep issues....
