I use Spinosad from Montery Lawn and Garden Inc. Works GREAT ! It's an organic bacterium found within an abandoned rum distillery on a Caribbean Island in 1982 by a scientist on vacation. Cool history.
Use 2% ( of pure rosemary oil)
reversed osmosis water
add a couple drops of dawn dish detergant, or two table spoons of an incecticidal soap per gallon
you basically have sns 217 and spent a small fraction of the price... who loves ya
