Howdy all

Below is a Blue Dragon at day 50 of flowering. In soil, humidity around 38-40%. Nothing but water for the past 10 days or so..

She's yellowing up nicely down the home stretch, but today, I noticed some rotting (?) on a few leaves.

I did have a small PM situation on one of the plants in the same tent, but it was addressed (and seemingly resolved) right away. (Treated the next day, symptoms on that plant, has vanished. No other "hotspots" on any other plants. ..Unless that's what we're looking at here?)

The buds themselves don't seem to be affected, and I saw this funkiness on just a few (3-4?) leaves.

..on the edges..

Is this anything I ought to be worried about?

:thank you:

If that's 7 weeks into flowering yellowing of the lower leaves is pretty normal I would say. What do the buds look like?

(Sorry, couldn't resist - like a proud papa)

I"m not concerned about the yellowing, but there are a few places where the leaf appears to be "rotting.." Not sure if that's the correct term, but .. They're darker, and slimy lookingish. ?

the plants just comming to an end and dying off. Just remove anything that looks like it might be a concern for mold or rot. Those buds look nice. Towards the end i usually do an inspection every few days to remove anything that might be a prob

Excellent! Thanks guys.

I had a teensy weensy PM snag a week or so back, so I'm a little skittish to anything that's not lush and green. :D

that's the dif between top shelf and commercial
if that was week 5 it would be a little early
but you can start using Clearing Solution if not already started

let those fans dry and die, it's a sign your girls are using everything available to them and not leaving chem's in the budz for consumption

It's all I've used on this project (aside from keeping the moms in square plastic pots), so I really don't have much reference. My last grow was 10+ years ago, and those were all DWC projects..

:dunno:

Seems to be worth the extra few bucks, I suppose. :) They're fairly cheap - $3 or 4, I think, at most.

Thanks Yes!

Check out my thread, you'll see it wasn't all rainbows and bageldogs. :)

But I love to read stuff like that - better than the ego-stroke factor, it really is motivating!

I just threw a Headband and a Purple Mr. Nice (SOG style) in yesterday. :D

Looking good Silver!! Like others said, it's just your plant using up the last of what it needs as it finishes. Different plants yellow differently at the end of their life cycle, some do the little crispy pieces on the edges of the leaves. Nothing to worry about.
