'Super Breed' of Cannabis

I thought this was interesting, but I would much prefer the medicine any of our esteemed IC Mag members grow rather than support the chemical version created in a lab. Now they'll say cannabis has real medical value, but that we need to pay for a pharmaceutical company's version rather than grow our own!

A British pharmaceutical company was working Wednesday to develop a new breed of cannabis-based products aimed at treating a range of conditions including diabetes, epilepsy and Crohn's disease. GW Pharmaceuticals, which launched a cannabis-derived medicine for symptoms of multiple sclerosis last year, has cross-bred different types of the plant to produce a new strain that could treat a wide range of disorders.

Yup that's called Sativex, they will attempt to undercut natural plants with an expensive extract.

I love how the consensus in the science world is that cannabis is harmless, it's cool let pharma companies make pills that are 20 times stronger than our best plants. Then the consensus in the LEO world is that all science says it's dangerous, and the new breeds of herb are like crack. This brings me to the scientific conclusion that nothing has changed in LEO for the entirety of human history..... Pigs still can not read.
