Dirty, Lovin the farm.

I had to move to town for my little girl. Really miss my farm. Spent 26 years there.

Here were some of my feathered friends. They are auracanas and are the toughest best breed for freerange eggs. Very hardy in cold weather too.

Good Karma to you and your farm!

Endur,
My wife and I watched your grow in 10 and it was amazing. Thanks for peepin.
Rob547, pearlemae thanks for the love.
Claude Hopper hope you get back to a farm soon with your family. I have a few of those auracanas geens in my last breed run. All our hens are fighting for space to sit right now, very broody. 65 or so to go and we just hatched our first three of this round. Soy free eggs has become a popular product of ours now so we are gearing up the chicken side of things.

Thanks to everyone for looking. Ill get a few more pics up now.

Wow sierrahippy,
You have done quite a lot of work, on the farm. Looks nice and peaceful.
I have spent many years in the Central Sierra Nevada Mtns. Nice Country.
Have a good weekend.
Peace

very gratefull for water

very gratefull for water

Our groundwater has been getting restored here the last few weeks so we have been taking this amazing oppertunity to break more soil in between rain and hail storms to build more biointensive food beds. Looks like we have high 70's coming and my wife and kids are really looking forward to that.

I did get a little heavy handed with the teas and found our plants limits for these soil temps. Hopefully I have our mixes correct for summer :). Learning everyday in our second year outdoor and first year making food for market. So far I really like using the seabird 12/12 bubbled for three days for pretty much everything, been using alot of bat and chicken also.

Federal CAP has been flying and photoing canyons around us, hopefull they will respect our 18 permitted plants like our local law does.

sh, I love your clean lines and use of wood and metal. Those arched covers are just gorgeous! And the greenhouse. And I like that you are featuring your veggies and chickens too, helps me see where you're coming from. We've got lotsa that red kale in our garden, too.

Enjoy the fine weather this week.

Your plants look great, love that last Sour D seed plant.

Good luck this season. I'd be surprised if you had any problems with 18.
