Haha... That's a tough one with no more information than this. And that picture isn't the greatest for showing detail either.

Post up some more pics and share a little information about the plant and maybe I can help. But that doesn't give a guy much to go on.

Guessing: Well the tiny white dots sorta resemble scars from spider mites.
The discoloration is probably either burn or deficiencies, but it's tough to tell which with just that 1 pic and no other info...

I can't resist... according to some, this might be a plant eating bacteria... ;-)

Otherwise, I agree w ST... need a bit more info & maybe a pic or two of the whole plant.

You do have a bronzing that is going on... and the new tips are malformed, including at the leaf tips... discoloring inside the new shoots themselves... all of that says uptake issues with the micro-nutrients.

Trick is to determine why. Peace

I have never bought into the plant eating bacteria theory. I have an idea that when somebody runs into a problem that they don't understand, or can't diagnose; it gets tagged as plant eating bacteria.

Did you get a chance to measure the pH of the medium? If you can get Stress some more pics, he'll most likely tell you what it is.

I have had spider mite damage that looks exactly like this.

if your runoff ph is good, I would hit them with a micronute foliar spray and a nice dose of Azatrol or Azamax at 1oz/gal of water.
