PPP flowering time

Wondering what the flowering time of PPP from Nirvana is. On their product listing it says 8-10 weeks, but I'm finishing two right now (about week 7) and they both look like they could go to week 11 or 12. They're doing the characteristic sativa hair reddening, followed by an explosion of new pistils. I know their African in origin but have no experience with African sativas.

hi funkervogt...cannot answer your question sorry m8...i am growing the free PPPs also atm at nearly 6wks n their still white as my ass...I grow in soil n veg big so expecting mine will take 10-12wks...sorry im no help really!

i grew out 1 from that same pack, 1st was a femme
mine was the indica pheno(which seems prett common)
took it to 9 1/2 weeks, and was plenty ripe, not edgy anyways
no complaints, maybe a bit more indica than i would prefer

I've grown power plant from ch9 and white label. They were both quite fast, 8 weeks and done. The white label was hugely superior though.

smell seems to depend on pheno, some reports have smelly versions
mine was very low odor, undetectable without odor control for 1 plant(in my opinion)

My ppp freebies went 8 weeks. All done.

I recently harvested a Power Plant that I got as a clone. It was quite sativa leaning in structure and did exactly what you are talking about with a second round of pistils. She went 11 weeks and maybe could have gone 12, but I wanted to try and reveg her. FWIW she had very little smell if any until the last 7-10 days and then she started to stinky up. To be honest I took her a little early (in my opinion) because of the smell factor. Hope that helps.

Part of growing these freebies was an attempt to maximize my cab with a few big plants rather than many smaller plants. I feel the many smaller plants is a better approach and would have probably yielded the same as these 'big' plants did

Just smoke a bit of fresh PPP with my morning coffee. It was surprisingly creepy. Nice head high but definitely has strong indica qualities as well. Not too strong and nice day time smoke

IMHO if you had top/fim'ed your #2 your would look like his do. That said I think your #4 is the keeper and looks very simular to the bud thats all over the dam under many different names. Maybe the largest produced bud in the dam.

Great yield, but it is the only weed I have ever encoutered that I couldn't smoke due to the anxiety it induced.

I wish mine took 12 weeks. I was shocked and saddened to see the trichomes go amber just before week 9, but alas, they're drying now. I was hoping for that heart-palpitating high.

Hi Headbandf1...your prob right m8...#4 pic of the bud is actually a bud shot of plant 2 the middle plant pic n yes my keeper ...I grow Nirvana Ice also n these plants remind me alot growing as the Ice does...hopefully smokes just as good
