Sour Dubble and Chem-D

So Im back. 32 days into flower on 12 Chem D and 3 Sour Dub's. I am currently running House and Garden nutrients. Also using Cal-Mag, Silica Blast, and Mad Farmer Nuts. I used Predatory Nematodes early in flower. And have also been using Great White. No problems as of now.Chem doesnt reek too bad yet. But the sour dub smells like sour diesel and fruity pebbles. Hope everything keeps going like this. Hopefully I will be able to post more pics as the weeks come. I borrowed this camera from a friend. Enjoy

coco soil in coco fiber pots. I am actually going to switch to a coco soil mix that has perlite.

Just picked up 4 Fire OG, and 4 Tahoes. Im excited because Ive never ran any OG kush.

My chem Ds over the past week have been starting to get burnt leaves. my ph is on point. so I know its not that. I think it might of been the cal/mag and shooting powder at the same time. So I cut off the cal mag, and silica blast.

The sour dubs arent phased at all. Their leaves are still dark green, and very stinky. Im thinking about doing a whole room of that for next run, because I cant get any more chem d cuts for a while. I also have a hindu kush that is about 3 feet tall that I started from seed. Might flower this out next run.

Does OG need a lot of cal mag like sour dubble? or is it good on its own without it like the chem d?

Just picked up some Tuper soil and 3 gallon smart pots. Potted some Tahoe OG and some ******s Fire OG. I have a Hindu kush ive been growing from seed thats a couple feet tall right now. Im going to flower those and hopefully get some more sour dubs.

All my chems are burned. Flushed them a week ago, and it didnt help. Leaves just keep burning off. Im pretty sure the shooting powder + cal/mag messed them up. I will definitely not make that mistake again.

But my sour dubs are not phased at all. No burn spots, and it looks like its going to be some of the best ive ever done. Going to take them about 10 weeks. Ill post some pics soon.

The Sour Dub looks good, but damn did you see mine in the IC strain guide?!?!? Sooo dank!!! They are getting close to done thats for sure, looks like when I'd pull her....That hindu looks male because the pod coming out is more round that oval, if oval it is a calyx but it looks more like a ball. My two cents, I'd wait a week to be sure, I've got some babies in the same state yours is in right now, 90% sure its male but I want to wait and possibly throw them outside to get pollen bro. Collect good pollen and use it wisely!

word. yeah I havent been keeping up on this thread at all. Ill post some pics of my chem d. they are all burnt to shit and have absolutely no smell. and no stickyness to them at all. probably going to make hash with it all.

Here is a pic of one of my sick Chem Dizzzles. Still the only conclusion I can come to is either the clones might have been a bad batch, or the cal/mag + shooting powder feeding fucked them up.

No smell or stickyness at all. There are trichs, with head, but something is wrong.

HEy there, I wonder if you've had a reoccurrence of root aphids that I saw you mention in your previous journal... might explain the compromised results of the ChemD..
I've noticed that once the aphids are present in a grow location they can be very challenging to eradicate. I read that journal pretty closely because I am working with some of the same genetics (Al Walker and Aliendog Ether).. I'm seeing some of the same yellowing in my Ether plants (in veg) that you showed, and am wondering if it is related to aphid presence .

thanks for the input Max. After i noticed the root aphids last round I hit them with a dose of predatory nematodes and it seemed to get rid of the problem. After I finished that grow, I kept both room dead for about a month so that any eggs, or bugs still present had no environment to live in.

After hearing a couple people ask me if I had a problem with aphids, I just went and checked a couple pots, and cannot find anything. So Its my guess that it was maybe dud clones, or cal/mag shooting powder mix. Because I fed my sour dubs the same, and they are loving life. And the cal/mag is the only thing ive changed since my last chem d grow.

spoke too soon. just saw one crawling around. I knew I should of hit them with nematodes in flower. I hit them in veg before I flipped em, but probably should use the nematodes halfway thru flower. Thanks for the input everyone. im bummed, but at least I know it was my fault.
