Vapor Curve and Titanium Skillet

L

I can't get over how unbelievable this piece is. A nice simple glass bell with a titanium skillet underneath, along with a torch and some hash... Makes for the best smoking experience. Clean, tastes wonderful, and an excellent way to get a nice potent hit of the good stuff...

Here's a review...
I got the 90 deg vapor curve. 14mm for my 2' water bong. The curve is made of decently think glass, however I do feel a bit paranoid sometimes moving it or lying it down. I ended up finding a case that fits it nicely that I keep it in now.

The bell is nicely sized and shaped, and after a few uses, can be hit with little to no waste at all. It does a great job catching the smoke from the plate below. An opening in the bell allows easy access for the hash as it's brought to the skillet.

The titanium skillet is connected to the glass curve with some different gauges of wire and a glass bead on top of the glass curve. A thick gauge piece of metal wire allows you to rotate the skillet for easy heating. The skillet has a few slits in it, so it is securely attached to the wire and the glass. It rotates smooth and fits perfectly. A torch of some type is needed to get the titanium skillet hot enough to vaporize hash. Butane torch lighters and normal flames do not work. I got a Blazer Hot Shot torch which uses butane and works great for the job. Nice and small and heats up the skillet just fine. Priced reasonably.

Easily my favorite smoking apparatus. A little ISO and this piece goes a very long way.

Very Highly Recommended.

I probably should have cleaned the bong before these shots... Rest assured she was cleaned shortly afterwards ;)

old news and its not a titanium skillet its just a piece of titanium
also i like how you say "Butane torch lighters and normal flames do not work."
and the next sentence you say how your butane torch works great
but I'm glad your enjoying vaporized oil it is quite nice

Product description said it was a titanium skillet, so I used their verbage. Apparently you know better...

Butane torch lighters and butane torches are different. I made it a point to note that butane torch lighters, like below, do not work, whereas the hotshot butane torch does.

I think you need a bit more oil over there bro :moon: I would hope that someone might find this post useful, even if it is old news to you.

Shredder420 bro " old news "
Maybe to you?

Thanks LD, sort of been looking for some feedback from just a regular dude, and not just directly from a vendor.:dance013:
But hey, its old news to review new personal items right?

Thanks again

glad you like it, you are welcome. how thick is the ti pad on that thing? if its real thin it will detriment the flavor.

:jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump::jump:

since I started on this path, and I make my own oils, I have not smoked pot now in almost 2 months. No need to anymore.

When I make oils from good quality small buds, my oils taste exactly like my flowers.

Glad to see more people getting on board.

Nothing in the world like a TI Pad. 2 friends tried it once and both bought one right away.

All I would warn people about, is getting one with the dabber hole not large enough. Make sure your dabber hole is sufficient or you will constantly get oil on the side of your glass.
Not all glass blowers are making them correctly yet.

Ti pads and nails are awesome.

vapor curve on the left and vapor swing on the right... the swing isnt that great compared to the curve.

Glad you found it useful Tripledraw

Hashmasta, nice to see you stop by. It's always nice when the innovator himself drops in. There's a big appreciation over here from my way.

The Ti pad is 1.75 mm thick. 2.5 cm diameter. I haven't noticed any odd flavors yet, but my palete is not the most sensitive. Would flavors also be a sign of TiO2??

Big thanks

Glad to hear you're enjoying the pad as much as I am medicalgreen! I've had two buddies tell me it was the highest they had ever been after a hit for the first time.

I have bumped the side glass a few times :tiphat:

Looking Awesome Tripstick. You sure have a bit of oil over there to enjoy!

This is what im starting to see myself. I dont own one of these nice tools yet though. Only a health stone pipe and a dabber. But what I am noticing is the tastes and how awesome they taste in comparison to herb. Its actually made me spread out my oils cause I do not want to..not enjoy herbs. I will always be a joint guy, but i have found myself spreading out my oil sessions cause it tastes to damn good if that makes any sense.
