spots (things?) on leaves...please look

growing from seed (unidentified strain) in foxfarm ocean forest cut w/ perlite. Probably 3 weeks old. Popped seeds inside w/ heating mat in rockwool, then put them outside. I have been using ro water since seed but was planning to switch to tap water soon (de-chlorinated). Condition appeared on all yesterday. please help if possible, thanks in advance.

How long has this problem been going on? 2 days
What STRAIN are you growing? 2 kinds: one is white widow, the other is unknown
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) seeds
What is the age of your plants? 3 weeks or so
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? 3.6 weeks
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before? started in rockwool cubes
How Tall are the plants? 8 inches or so
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? transition from seed to veg (? total noob)
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) undecided for now, may do some LST later
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) various, all a little bigger than a beer cup
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) 4:1 foxfarm ocean forest - perlite
What brand Nutrient's are you using? currently "cooking" my organic's for beginners stuff
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* just OF soil for now
How often are you feeding? nothing yet
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? na
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) na
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? na
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? on my list of things to learn how to do... crap!
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? see previous question/confession
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? same as above
How often are you watering? shooting for every 3rd day, being very cautious about over water, picking up pots for "feel"
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? water only, 3 days ago
What size bulb are you using? biggest one in the sky
How old is your bulbs? debatable/argue-able
What is the distance to the canopy? it's the sun, pretty far
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) been all over recently 20-80%
What is the canopy temperature? not sure of specifics here...
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) 45 @ night for a low unfortunately, 60-70 day
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) some good outside wind & air
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? na
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? na
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? no
Is your water HARD or SOFT? soft
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? RO
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen) unknown
If using RO,Distilled,mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen) unknown
Are you using water from a water softener? no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? no
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? no
Are plant's infected with pest's? hoping not, i've looked close and @ underside of leaves, not noticing any suspects

I can't see your pics ??

But have you had any windy weather, mine have taken a blasting the last few weeks and have a mix of wind burn and water droplets causing the sun to burn them a little.

I'm assuming you got holes in those pot?

if you could post another pic i'll be able to help a little more.

Ok i see them now..

I wouldn't worry about them.. your plants look healthy. Just keep checking for Bugs and dont mist or spray plant when the sun is strong.

Edit: if you look at my photo album for outdoor 2011 you'll see some of my plants had something a bit like yours at around the same age. I put it down to the sun, Keep an eye on it but i wouldn't worry for now.
