coco vs ffof......yeild?

If you don't understand why to water daily then why are you even growing in coco? Also if you're in ten gallon pots of coco you better be vegging for two months and trying to grow multiple pound plants, you can easily get 3-4 oz out of a 1 gallon pot with 9 per 1k light in 2 wks veg, less is more...to take the most advantage of coco, a drip system should be set up imo, its the only way to grow

Hey guy's, sorry I'm so late into the thread,
but I usually hang out over in grow diaries.
I am currently running a grow thread, and I
just so happen to be running 4 plants in coco
with an Ebb & Flo table, and 2 plants in FFOF
in 3 gallon pots, while this doesn't make me
an expert by any stretch of the imagination,
it does give me some incite into this conversation.
I agree with most of what I read, the coco plants
do go through a shit load more water, in return they
do grow faster and yield higher amounts of buds.
IMHO this is due to the extra oxygen @ the roots along
with the ablity to crank nutes @ them in levels that
would kill most plants grown in soil.
but.... and this is the big one, for me at least, if I smoke
the coco hydro weed for a few weeks, I just don't seem
too get as high, if I lay off it for a few days maybe a week
and hit it again, I get high as hell......ok fine, most weed
will do that to some extent, it just seems like the weed I
grow in dirt or FFOF for example, does this to a lesser degree,
And for this reason , among others, I try to run both when I
can and I have the space to accommodate the extra buckets.
