Fan for Can705??

They say 39cfm, but I'm gonna need to make 90º angle turn out the back of the mini cab anyway, so would a 50cfm standard bathroom fan be okay? I don't know about computer fans, and that thread about them was even more confusing. I would like some possible recommendation on fans to use with the Can705 though

CAN 705 Filter
4.3" OD
11.4" high
4" flange size

And what kind of PC fans would be suggested? Or should I go with more of a blower type fan?

for the record, the cab space is 11.5" x 11.5" x 45". Well, before lights, filters, and containers.

Try a computer fan thats around 70-50 cfm and wire it to an adjustable voltage adapter. If a fan pulls to fast on a filter the smell can escape, so play around with the voltage. Also check the diameter of the fan and filter.

I strongly recommend a voltage speed controlled Delta AFB 1212 VHE

This fan receives consistent high scores in regards to it's ability to overcome static pressure in water cooling scenarios among overclocking communities. However, it's an extremely high speed fan AND IT MUST BE controlled via voltage regulation or you're going to have a mini jet engine noise going. At 6 volts it's still quite the performer.

Here is a detailed review comparing it to other fans in it's class specifically regarding static pressure:

GL, I do use one myself at 6 volts with a standard circular DIY carbon filter with a 1'' reservoir (very similar in size and shape to the 705, which I was going to buy originally instead but balked at the price) and it works excellently for cooling 96watts of t5 H0 in my veg chamber to within 4-5 degrees F of ambient. I also use this cabinet to dry my harvests and the filter has proven completely effective. The hardest part, actually, is finding the proper fitting to attach the fan to the end of the filter securely. Gonna have to get a little creative there. I simply used a modified pc ducting kit.

You can mount a 120 mm PC fan to a toilet flange like this.

The flange will adapt to most flexible and rigid duct and should fit most filters.
