Seems kickass , low energy useage. AFOM is looking to purchase one as an option to a de-huey.

I'm not an HVAC guy, but for me, it would have to depend on how effective they are for removing moisture from the room, as well as the price difference. It sounds good and I like the decontaminating and dehumidifying aspect, and installation seems fairly straightforward. But like I said, I'm not an HVAC guy so I couldn't tell you for sure it's the better option.

If your friend installs and he one doesn't mind, you think he would be ok with you letting us know how well (or not) it works? Might help a lot of people!
