If you have MS Office, it has picture manager and you can resize the picture in that and reupload. or you can change it in paint by stretching it to a lower %

On a Mac You can choose the picture size when you "export..." under the file tab in iPhoto.

Yes. Spray in foam insulation. Vapor barrier and insulation in one
